Charlie Sheen spoke out via text about his alleged drug-induced night at the Plaza Hotel Oct. 26 and claimed what we’ve heard about the incident is not “reality!”

Charlie Sheen was found by police naked in his suite at the Plaza Hotel at 2 a.m. Oct. 26 and taken to the hospital because he was completely out of it. Not only were there reportedly drugs in his system, the 45-year-old actor allegedly caused $20,000 of damage to his fancy hotel suite, terrified a female escort who was cowering naked in his room and wouldn’t stop screaming — but he says all of that’s not true.

“Oh my man, I’m fine. The story is totally overblown and overplayed as far as the reality of the scenario,” he told a RadarOnline.com reporter through text message when asked about his situation Oct. 27.

He added, “I know what went down and that’s where it will stay… under wraps.”

Charlie’s rep claims he had a bad reaction to medication; however, the New York police are sticking with their story that he was severely intoxicated. Meanwhile, other reports claim there was cocaine found in his drug test at the hospital.

If Charlie thinks it’s normal behavior to trash hotel rooms and terrify female escorts, maybe he needs more help than we thought.
