Well guess what — her personal trainer Tracy Anderson says you can get one too! “Anyone can get a bikini body quickly if they do it in a sustainable way,” Tracy, who also trains stars like Courteney Cox and Gisele Bündchen, told HollywoodLife.com exclusively at the Project ALS Event at NYC’s Lucky Strike Lanes & Lounge on Oct. 21.
You just have to “really be doing the work to change your muscular structure and scale up the cardio while you get the weight off to keep a hot bikini body,” Tracy says.
It’s not going to be easy, you have to motivate yourself! “What you can do is take a hold of your own schedule and make sure you get in at least an hour six days a week to do your exercise,” Tracy says. “It can be at home in your living room before you start your day, before you get going.”
Here are the tips Tracy suggests:
- Make sure you sweat.
- Cut the carbs!
- Cut the processed food.
- Cut the the sugars!
If you maintain that pace, Tracy says, “You should see a difference in 2 weeks!” “If you were my client, in 2 weeks you’d be down 12 pounds!”
