Listen up, babysitters! Kate Gosselin is in the market for a new nanny — but you may not like what the mom of eight will ask you to do!

Kate Gosselin‘s life just got a lot more hectic. The reality TV star might have to become a stay-at-home mom, at least for a little while, because her nanny Ariel Cantara just quit. Apparently Ariel couldn’t take any more of Kate’s demands!

Jon Gosselin’s ex says he’s lying about trying to be a better dad to his kids!

Insiders close to the Kate Plus 8 star insist that Kate’s definitely to blame for Ariel bouncing. “Kate is not the easiest person to to deal with,” a source tells Life & Style. “She drove Ariel insane. Kate’s controlling and a neat freak.”

Taking care of Kate’s eight kids — 6-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, Joel and 10-year-old twins Cara and Madelyn – sounds exhausting. “Shifts can last up to 24 hours, and you have to go on trips with the family,” says the source. Well, that doesn’t sound so bad. But according to the insider there’s also required sleepovers and no set schedule. “You work when Kate says she needs you to work,” explains the source.

‘Raising Sextuplets’ dad doesn’t want to end up like the Gosselins

But just because she lost the hired help, don’t expect Kate, 35, to spend more time with her kids. “She’s unavailable to her children. She never plays with them anymore and is constantly busy with her personal affairs. That’s why she always needs a nanny!” the source tells the magazine.

Now we know why Arial was Kate’s 11th nanny! Would you ever want to work for Kate?

MOM OF 6

The pay was probably s****y and the hours were no doubt just as bad. This mother of 8 doesn’t seem to be a hands on mom like she seemed to be years ago. The way she struts around town with heels and her well manicured fingers I doubt very much if she lifts a finger in that house. She ought to stay home and raise her kids instead of Holly Seeking in Hollywood.
