Even for a kid with two A-list parents like Will and Jada Smith, Willow Smith is exceedingly well-dressed for a 9-year-old! The pint-sized budding rockstar sported high-waisted candy-striped wide legged trousers with a cropped denim jacket and a beige scarf, completed with moccasin-esque booties while walking her English bulldog in New York City Oct. 19. (She even brought a little plastic bag to pick up after her puppy!)
