Just over a month after reports claimed Mariah Carey was four months pregnant with her first child, the pop star headed to husband Nick Cannon‘s birthday party wearing some very, very dark and loose clothes! The singer, who has long had a fondness for tight and revealing attire, was clad in a incredibly baggy black baby doll dress and long black coat that looked far more suited for the late fall or early winter. Hiding something Mariah?

Sources close to the couple have been saying they are only telling close friends of Mariah’s pregnancy due to her superstitious ways. It would be the first child for both 40-year-old Mariah and Nick, 30, who were married in 2008.

Regardless of her condition, Mariah did still manage to make it to Lavo in NYC on Oct. 8, where guests enjoyed GIVEN Liquer (the grape infused tequila was a big hit), and proved herself to still be the hostest with the mostest for her hubby’s big day!
