We still can’t believe Kelly’s transformation from frumpy to gorgeous — and she explained how she did it and is keeping the weight off on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show Oct. 6!

Kelly Osbourne has dropped 42 pounds throughout the last year and looks absolutely stunning! The sexy Brit took time to visit Ryan Seacrest’s radio show Oct. 6 to spill all the juicy details and explain how YOU can look and feel just as fabulous as she does!

“I think a lot of it is attitude, as well, to be totally honest with you. Because you have to get yourself into the right mindset!” Kelly, 25, gushed to Ryan adding, “A lot of people think it’s just exercise, it’s just diet — it’s not, you have to enjoy what you are doing and set some goals. And you got to do what makes you happy!”

Kelly also said it was her pro dance partner, Louis van Amstel, on Dancing with the Stars who inspired her to become fit.
