The Rent Sign is down! 119 Spring Street is off the market! Have the Kardashian sisters found the location for DASH in NYC?

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian have been trying to find the perfect location for their first ever Dash store in the Big Apple! The girls have been scouting locations for the past few days, but can now tell you that the brunette vixens have narrowed in on NYC’s trendy Soho neighborhood, specifically 119 Spring Street!

As of yesterday, the rent sign that was posted in the window of the 119 Spring St. location has been taken down! Kim and Kourtney arrived at about noon on Oct. 4 to scout the potential storefront with their buddy Kanye West in tow, confirms a local Soho resident to Shortly after exiting the store, the rent sign was taken out of the window. The source also saw movers carrying items in and out of the store later in the evening.

Another source tells us that it’s not “a 100% done deal,” but the girls are close to securing the spot!

Not only is the area known for its super chic shops, like Chanel, Burberry, Diesel, and John Varvatos, the space itself boasts 3,000 sq ft.

The girls are staying close by Dash’s alleged new location at the swanky Smyth TriBeCa hotel. A hotel insider tells us that all three sisters (including Kourtney Kardashian, her boyfriend Scott Disick and son Mason Dash Disick) checked into the hotel on Oct. 3 and plan to stay for a five week run while they film their new show Kim and Kourtney Take New York (set to premiere in January 2011).

Filming has already begun at the hotel where the girls are said to be causing a ruckus with the staff. “The girls are very demanding,” a staffer explains to us. “They think everything is about them!”

We are so excited the girls have finally decided to open a store in NYC and stay in the city for a while. This is going to be huge!
