Mom-to-be Alicia Keys stepped out in style at the Keep A Child Alive Black Ball in NYC yesterday (Sept. 30).

Alicia Keys was absolutely glowing as she walked the red carpet with her husband, producer/rapper Swizz Beats, last night (Sept. 30). She proudly showed off her huge baby bump in a feminine gray lace gown that put all the focus on her belly. The 29-year-old singing sensation and her husband, who exchanged vows in Corsica in August, braved the rain in New York City in order to attend her Keep A Child Alive Black Ball, where she performed along with Jay-Z.

Pregnancy hasn’t slowed Alicia down at all!

Many of Alicia’s famous friends — including Usher, Whitney Houston and Sade – attended the event and pledged donations to help her Alicia’s charity, which raises money to provide medicine, shelter and basic necessities to children and families affected by AIDS in impoverished Africa and India.

Check out who else is going to be a first time mom soon.

The KCA charity that Alicia co-founded has raised more than $10 million since 2004, and now it’s even closer to her heart because she’s going to be a mother in November. “I can’t wait to be a mom,” she gushed to UK’s Mirror. “No question. It’s the most beautiful gift in the world. Truly a gift from God.” And her hubby Swizz, 31, is just as excited to become a dad. “Everyone says we’ll make a great family,” he adds. We think they will too!
