OMG! Sarah Palin Gets Booed On Last Night's 'Dancing With The Stars!' Was it the 113 Degree Heat?

Ouch! It was NOT a Tea party -loving crowd in LA’s DWTS audience  last night, Sept. 27. Sarah, the former Alaskan Governor sat front row supporting her dancing daughter Bristol, but the Mama Grizzley was greeted by a giant round of boos!

Could the cool reception have been because Palin – a diehard disser of  the idea of  the idea of manmade global warming –  was visiting the show  on the day of RECORD-BREAKING heat in LA? The thermostat hit 113 degrees – the hottest temperature ever recorded in the area!  Nevertheless, the black leather-jacketed Palin kept  her cool and focused on beaming at daughter Bristol, 19,  who did herself proud with a passable “quick step” dance with partner Mark Ballas. Little sister, Piper, 9, came along with her mama to cheer her big sis on. It was when DWTS co-host Tom Bergeron approached Sarah on camera, to say hello, that the crowd erupted into a sea of “boos!”

“I’m here with guest ballroom commentator Sarah Palin, who joins us from Alaska,” said Tom [you could hear the boos as he spoke].

But backstage, even co-host Brooke Burke, who was interviewing Dirty Dancing‘s Jennifer Grey and her dance partner Derek Hough, could hear the audience’s reaction!

“There’s booing in the ballroom,” Brooke said into the camera. “I don’t know why.”

Sarah seemed unfazed by the harsh lack-of-welcome from the DWTS audience members. The mom-of-five went on to gush about Bristol, who ended up crushing her performance with an overall score of 22 out of 30 points!

“This is amazing. It’s so exciting,” she told Tom. “It’s great to see all the courage and joy and exuberance by all the judges.” Palin was already “besties” with DWTS Mark Ballas who spent the weekend in Alaska with Bristol, shooting a behind-the-scenes segment for the show.

When ABC was questioned about the crowd’s reaction, a rep for the show simply said: “They were just expressing their feelings about a really, really good dance. It’s not at all unusual.”

Do YOU think Sarah Palin should have been booed last night?

I hope you feel like the idiots you are for printing this lie after you could not wait ONE night for the truth to come out. Boy I would be so embarrassed if I were you. People with class, character and morals LOVE Sarah Palin. The proof is in the fact that her daughter is making so far in DWTS and her talent is lacking but the popular vote has carried her further than even those of us who love her thought would happen. Again,I hope you feel as ignorant and deceitful as you are.

Well maybe you were, it doesn’t mean the audience was. That would be rather rude for a non-political affiliated show.

So, in light of the results show clearing up this lie, are you going to retract your blog post? Or just let the lie stand?

Maybe the results show is lying itself for the sake of damage control. DWTS has had two blatantly right-wing political loud-mouth celebrities. They have yet to invite Hillary Clinton. It makes no sense whatsoever that the audience would wait for two minutes to start booing the scores.

Did you even watch the results show? They played the unedited filming. And I highly doubt that a show with Hollywood heads would go out of their way to do damage control for Sarah Palin – their arch enemy. Why would they invite Hillary Clinton, her daughter isn’t a contestant. You know sometimes people just don’t know how to separate their politics from the personal, it’s rather disheartening.

Why would the audience boo about low scores so long after they were presented? Also, 24 was the highest score of the night.

The way I took the booing was because the scores for Derek and jennifer were not high enough. People are looking for another reason to bash Ms Palin. The same idiots that look to politics for a quick story.

Hey, while booing; the audience was also chanting NINE. Was that a call to raise the score of Gray’s performance from an 8 to a 9—Or were they saying Palin was a 9??? Be honest or don’t print this biased crap.

The audience was booing the low score the judges gave to the people who had just danced; not Sarah Palin. Try to be honest in your headlines, or you will lose credibility!

The DWTS video on Tuesday night clearly showed that the booing was not for Sarah Palin, but for the scores for Jennifer Gray and her partner. Need to keep up-to-date and use facts not inferences and assumptions.

Sarah would not come the first night because she was afraid it would take away from Bristol and it appears she was right because of idiot press just like this. She should be able to come enjoy watching her daughter dance, but oh no, someone has to ruin it by making up lies….jeez!!

Before you print something, it might be better to get your facts straight. Palin was not the reason for the boos, that was because of the low scores that Derek and Jennifer got. This only served to make you and your reporter look like idiots that will say anything, true or not. It will only hurt you and your website in the long run. We are smarter than to fall for something like this. Get your fact right or go home. You tried to make Sarah look bad, oppps did not work, you are the losers in this. What a joke you all are!!

Wow way to write a complete lie. I guess I know a website to ignore from now on. They were booing the score the judges just posted. So do you even remotely fact check or do you just make it all up as you go along? Idiots

A long, long time elapsed between the scores and the boos. After the scores Jennifer Grey and Derek walked backstage and were in the process of being interviewed when the booing broke out. Look at the video again before accusing people of being ignorant. I watched the show myself, and I was like Jennifer Grey. Why are they booing? If it was for low scores that would have been a ridiculously delayed reaction.

She wasn’t booed and even if she was who cares. She has enough class more than most of us to handle it well. I only wished my voice could be as loud and as strong as her but I lack the funding to go forward to run for any office. My views and beliefs follow that or hers, Michele, Glenn, Rush, Sean, Mark, the Conservative party and the Tea Partiers. I say flat tax of 3% for everyone. No more entitlement programs, get off your lazy behinds and work. Illegals get legal and pay taxes and support this country or get out and no more bailouts. Let a company file bankruptcy, that is what we Americans have to do when we can’t afford our spending habits. Give us back our money and let us stimulate the economy by spending it and Unemployment is not the largest stimulator of this country. It is the welfare is the least stimulator with Unemployment a very close second. Being rich and all the successful in this country stimulate the economy cuz they provide us with jobs so we can make money and spend it. I have 75 homes in my commmunity and not one of us homeowners owns a small business or employes anyone. We are the middleclass and giving us solely a taxbreak will do nothing because our employers will lay us all off. My CEO said if taxbreaks are not extended in our area alone 1400 jobs will be cut in Jan 2011. So taxbreaks for everyone. The super duper rich down to those that pay taxes. If you don’t pay taxes you don’t need a taxbreak. Though you should be paying taxes. A 3% flat tax for everyone top to bottom. That would pay our deficite off in 2yrs and give us surplus as long as our stupid govt doesn’t create yet another give away. I love you Sarah. I would love you and Newt on a ticket in 2012.

The great thing about the internet is, you can use it to fact check which must be a new concept for “Hollywood Life” because no, they where not booing Sarah Palin (which I’d understand if they did) but instead, booing the scores the judges just handed down prior to Mama Palin being introduced. Leave Sarah alone. She’s perfectly capable of doing things that make people boo but this wasn’t one of them.

As you can see, Bonnie, the rhetoric against Sarah Palin just isn’t working. Most Americans, even those who care enough about Hollywood gossip to visit your page, are smart enough to recognize an accomplished woman like Palin. She is bright and conscionable and, contrary to liberal smear, is a great role model for teen girls. Our country would be in much better shape if she had become POTUS instead of Hussein Obama (McCain should have stepped out of the way).

How about Palin/Huckabee 2012…that’s the ticket!
