KIRSTIN SAYS: 'Bristol The Pistol' & 'Mike The Situation' Need To Stick Around For Another Week On 'DWTS!'

Bristol Palin and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino were arguably some of the worst dancers on tonight’s Dancing With the Stars, but we can’t kick them off…they’re the most entertaining parts of the whole show!

Although Bristol Palin and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino were some of the worst dancers in the second episode of Dancing With the Stars Sept. 27, here are six reasons why they shouldn’t get voted off the show any time in the near future:

  • I love hearing Bristol Palin being called an “activist.” Spare me! She’s a teen who got pregnant out of wedlock and totally regrets it.
    • It’s surreal (and hysterical) to see Sarah Palin sitting in the DWTS studio audience. Plus, each time she’s interviewed and refers to her daughter as “Bristol the Pistol,” I get so many endorphins from laughing, I don’t need to work out for the night. Talk about killing two birds with one stone!
    • Michael Bolton needs to get booted ASAP. He’s not bringing anything to the table! Not only was his dance horrific, but he doesn’t have a zany personality or crazy mother to carry him through. Sorry, Michael…break free and go sit on the dock of the bay. (Pun intended).
    • The Situation wears awesome outfits to rehearsal. Did you see his t-shirt that said “The Situation” with an arrow pointing down toward his crotch? I love classy people.
    • The Situation and Bristol give the BEST interviews. While The Situation shows off his Jersey Shore roots and makes cocky and awkward comments, Bristol literally says one word. It’s like pulling teeth to get her to talk, and I love watching Brooke Burke (who I consider one of the worst hosts on TV) squirm! Haha.

You guys are attacking ONE OF YOUR OWN. Take if from someone who knows. Just because a person doesn’t care for someones dancing, doesn’t make them a “left wing lib”. But deciding that someone is a liberal based on a comment about DANCING makes you sound extremely ignorant and single minded. Oh, and I especially liked the comment about how Kirstin is “genetically a liberal dolt”. The joke is on you!

Bristol one of the worst dancers that night?!?! Kirstin, where you and I even watching the same thing? She did good; the only comments I can make is that parts of the dance needed to be faster, I think, and done with maybe a little more snap. But those are minor. She tied for 3rd place, for god’s sakes! And pretty much all the other bloggers or commentators I’ve read have commented on how much of a pleasant surprise she’s turned out to be. What more does she need to do from you on the dance floor? Place first on one of the nights? Come on, cut the girl some slack!

And, just so you know, this is coming from a person that doesn’t care at all for her mother and her politics!

Anyone that says that Bristol is one of the worst on DWTS is ignorant. It is really disturbing to see how nasty people can be. Enough said.

Palin Derangement syndrome is alive and well with this “writer”

How ridiculous can you liberals get?

Kirstin, you deranged loon, what are you going to do when Sarah Palin beats Obama like a rented mule in 2012 and becomes our next President?

Kirstin can not help herself… she is genetically a liberal dolt and it is just instinctive of most liberals that when they see a Palin, this bile that is just lurking there in them rises up and spews out.
Kirstin doesn’t want to admit that her job her is one of the most useless and unproductive jobs in the world and that the minute that Bristol leaves the show, whenever that is, the ratings will tank.
Look at viewership last year and look at it this year… they are getting huge numbers compared to last year. Do you really think that is because of Cho, Warner, Brandy, etc.?? It is entirely due to the fact that a huge number of conservatives that never watched this show last year are now tuning in simple because Bristol is on and they are voting for her. That’s the simple fact. Kirstin must get headaches whenever she thinks about it. We conservatives get a good laugh out of the wacko liberals who twist and contort miniscule things in order to try to attack the Palins and they keep losing the battle because the Palins are really nice people.

Dear conservative friends (especially Julie)

As a fellow republican, who patriotically believes that everyone has a right to his or her own opinion, I think we are not being fair to our dear reporter. This is an entertainment news website that is not intended for political commentary. Thus, strictly for entertainment purposes, I want to reply to a few of Julie’s points…

“Kirstin can not help herself… she is genetically a liberal dolt and it is just instinctive of most liberals that when they see a Palin, this bile that is just lurking there in them rises up and spews out.”

Well Julie, not sure where in any of Kirstin’s posts she reveals her political persuasion but commenting (truthfully) that Bristol had a child out of wedlock and suggesting (also truthfully) that she doesn’t have the resume to back up her ‘activism’ does not connote liberalism.

“Kirstin doesn’t want to admit that her job her is one of the most useless and unproductive jobs in the world”

Her job obviously isn’t that unproductive if you voluntarily went to hollywoodlife.com, voluntarily read her article, and then spent the time to contribute (albeit unproductively) to a conversation regarding her work

“and that the minute that Bristol leaves the show, whenever that is, the ratings will tank. Look at viewership last year and look at it this year… they are getting huge numbers compared to last year. Do you really think that is because of Cho, Warner, Brandy, etc.?? It is entirely due to the fact that a huge number of conservatives that never watched this show last year are now tuning in simple because Bristol is on and they are voting for her.”

Where are you getting your numbers? Do you work for Nielsen? Because if there is some largely untapped conservative market out there I sense fox will jump on it with shows like, “I could have gone to college but now I’m a teen mom because I wasn’t taught sex-ed in schools and I don’t have the freedom to control what happens to my own body!”

“That’s the simple fact. Kirstin must get headaches whenever she thinks about it. We conservatives get a good laugh out of the wacko liberals who twist and contort miniscule things in order to try to attack the Palins and they keep losing the battle because the Palins are really nice people.”

Again, dear simple Julie, Kirstin never purveyed her political orientation. However, the fact that you spend so much time defending the family of fringe celebrity whose sole contribution to American politics has been to distort the public perception of the Republican party so that they think we are all gun-toting radicals, says a lot about you.

Your compatriot,
Amy

P.S. Gary darling, the Republican party will never be stupid enough to put her on a presidential ticket. She already lost us 2008.

Dana says that HollywoodLife needs a better reporter then Kirsten Bunson who is so bias it’s not even funny. Bristol did better then you give her credit for and she was certainly not the worse. Margaret Cho was awful last week and somehow managed to escape last week. I think Bristol will get better each week and I for one will be pulling for her.

Dana, if you’re going to attack Hollywood Life’s best reporter, at least get your facts straight and show some intelligence.

– Her name is Kirstin BENSON.
– You can either accuse her of “having a bias” or say “she is biased”. Your comment is just wrong. Please show some evidence of how she is biased and back up your claim.
– Why on earth would you refer to yourself in the third person?

I thought Bristol did excellent last night and that is what this show is supposed to be about – watching a non-dancer continually improve – you know, like Kelly Osbourne did last year. I also think Bolton has to go – his dancing was awful and I don’t think his “heart” is into it! Thought Warner did great too but the sicko “Situation” was terrible and guy just makes me wanna puke!!!!

Bristol actually did much much better this week than last… i’m not sure if she’s a bad dancer or not – i think i need another dance to decide. Situation is bad but i like watching him… Bolton needs to GO – i had to fast forward his dance because it embarrassed me to watch.

Totally agree Kirstin. I watched the show to make sure “nobody put Baby in the corner” and truth is Jennifer Grey has no competition in this bunch. Michael Bolton was as bad as it gets but there was no reason for Bruno to be so nasty to him and yet so kiss a** nice to young female contestants.
Michael Bolton should be OUT, but I voted for Brandy….she’s an obnoxious prima donna.

Are you actually watching the show or just hating Bristol Palin? Bristol did GREAT!!!! I can’t wait to see her next week. I’m not sure where your hate is coming from but it is really pathetic.

DWTS is a dancing competition, not a political campaign. People are merely routing for her because of her mother. Bristol is stiff and has no rhythm. Beautiful girl, but she needs a lot more practice to be considered good. The judges are delirious and scared to give her constructive feedback because the producers are probaly advising them on how to cushion feedback to her. How can you look at her performances and truly think she is good. Dancing is not for everyone and she is truly not cutting it. She will only continue week to week based on conservative votes and not talent.
Go Jennifer Grey!

Bristol is a little hesitant but she is not stiff. Also, she has alot of natural rhythm. You are evidently not very knowledgeable about dancing! Everyone has a right to their own opinion, however there is a definative way to rate a dancer. You evidently do not have the knowledge to know how to judge.

I don’t think the judges are afraid of speaking their mind about any of the contestants. They were spot on about Michael Bolton(poor thing) and were not afraid to say it. I agree that Jennifer Grey is the most skilled dancer. Although she has not danced in many years, she starred in and danced in the all time dance movie and I would expect no less from her!
