From the big loving family of The Sopranos cast now to the welcoming ensemble of Mad Men, Cara can’t get enough of her television families!

It’s all about surprise week to week for the cast of the hit AMC series Mad Men. “They never tell … Matthew Weiner [the show’s creator and executive producer] never tells you what’s coming up in the next week of the show,” actress Cara Buono, who plays Dr. Faye Miller on the show, told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY Sept. 19 at the Labyrinth Theater Company’s “Poker LAB” Benefit sponsored by Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa at the Soho House in New York City.

Like with her past gig as mafioso wife Kelli Moltisanti on The Sopranos, “one thing both [shows] have in common is a tremendous amount of secrecy,” Cara shared.

And like with the cast of The Sopranos, everyone on set at Mad Men “treats each other like a family and love each other,” Cara said. “They’re very close.”

“I feel embraced by everybody,” Cara gushed. “It’s really an ensemble in that way. Everybody feels very equal [which is] really unusual for a set in that way.”

That’s why “I really love television,” Cara admitted. “I like the camaraderie and the sort of family atmosphere you develop after being on a show for a while!”
