BREAKING NEWS: Lindsay Lohan Released From Jail On $300,000 Bail & Set To Return To Rehab!

Unbelievable! Judge Elden Fox’s ruling has been overturned and Lindsay Lohan is set to be released from jail on $300,000 bail…seriously?!

In a completely unexpected move, Lindsay “Houdini” Lohan was released from custody Sept. 24 after posting $300,000 for bail. Apparently, Calif. law states that people who commit misdemeanors have the right to bail.

The alleged terms are as follows:

–Lindsay must submit to law enforcement searches at any time
–She must wear a SCRAM bracelet
–Lindsay’s not allowed in clubs, or places that sell primarily alcohol
–She’s forbidden to consort with known drug users

Lindsay is however getting serious about heading right back to rehab according to reports so maybe some of this is sinking in!

Leading LA-based criminal attorney, Steven Cron, was shocked when he found out the news tonight.

“What a waste of money,” he said about the 24-year-old actress’ bail. “The judge will send her right back into jail for 90 days (meaning she’ll serve a quarter of that) when he sentences her. I think Lindsay likes all of this drama. She loves the media circus.”

Lindsay totally loves the media attention and drama. C’mon, otherwise she’d be way more low key and not getting into trouble every 5 minutes. What a joke.

It just may be right that our collective hero was dealt a harsh hand, or the slight of a judge who was presumably too eager to deal with Lilo in a way that suggests “party favors and 8 inch Louboutins aside’ the court always knows best.

The first judge was trying to make a publicity stunt by not granting bail when he knew all along she’d be out by the end of the day.

On the surface it looks astounding. It appears that Lindsay is leading a charmed life these days with regard to her drug use and automobile accidents. This is just the prelude. She will hit total rock bottom soon and the smirk will be erased from her face for a long time. No one gets away with things forever.
