Judge Elden Fox is holding Lindsay Lohan in custody without bail for 28 days…and LA-based criminal attorney Steve Cron tell us she’s going to serve every single day of her sentence!
Lindsay Lohan has a history of weaseling her way out of jail and rehab sentences early, but she won’t be getting off so easily on her most recent trip to the slammer. Judge Elden Fox is currently holding the 24-year-old actress in custody without bail until her Oct. 22 sentencing — and leading LA-based criminal lawyer Steve Cron tells HollywoodLife.com that Lilo doesn’t have a prayer of being released before then!
“The case is calendared for Oct. 22,” Cron says. “There is nothing that could come up in the next four weeks that would change that. I can’t foresee any reason why that would change.”
Cron — who correctly predicted the outcome of today’s courtroom drama — thinks Judge Fox will NOT put Lindsay back in jail after her custody.
“I think he will release her once she gets back to court, continue her on probation and order some type of substance abuse treatment or monitoring, whether it’s AA meetings or back into a rehab facility,” he says. “There will be something to help her curtail the use of drugs, but these 28 days in jail should be adequate.”
If Lindsay fails to abide by her probation rules again, Cron thinks Judge Fox will not hesitate to put her back in jail for a much longer time.
“There’s going to be another stern warning,” Cron explains. “Judge Fox will say something to the extent of, ‘If you test dirty again, we’ll go through all of this again. You either stop using, or this is what is going to keep happening.’”
Do YOU think Lindsay deserved 28 days in jail?

YES!!!! FINALLY!!! SHE GETS WHATS SHE DESERVES!!!!! im sorry every sentence she has gotten she never did because she got “Special Treatment” cause she is famous, screw that. she should get another 90 days mandatory once she goes to the violation hearing. any joe shmoe would get 90 days mandatory for violating as many times as lindsay has, heck normal people with be getting 6 months at this point because of all the times she ahs screwed up. i got 6 months for my first violation. she deserves this, she should be treated just like anyone else. movies stars should not be given any special treatment. also she should be in general population with all the normal people. there putting her in protective custody, the same places the put the child molesters and rapests. shes no one special why should she get special treatment. and from now on her probation and rehabs and treatment center should treat her like anyone else, she messes up she gets punished, must do the full sentence no early releases anymore. if we would have to do it then she should to.
