Joe Giudice heads to jail the day after the family gathers together to celebrate daughter Audriana’s first birthday.
Teresa Giudice‘s palatial New Jersey home is going to be pretty empty this week as hubby Joe reported to jail on Sept. 20 to begin serving a 10-day sentence for driving with a suspended license according to the Star-Ledger. This all stems from Joe’s DUI earlier this year, where he claims he closed his eyes for a moment and took shots after his car ran off the road and flipped over.
The paper reports, “A Montville municipal court judge threw the book at Joe, sentencing him to a one-year driver’s license suspension, a $500 fine, an ignition-interlock device, 30 days of community service and 48 hours in a driver-education course, but a state Superior Court judge later agreed with Joe’s lawyer that the sentence was too harsh, and reduced it to a seven-month license suspension, $300 fine and 12 hours of driver-education.”
The night before Joe headed to the clink the family celebrated the birthday of daughter Audriana according to Teresa’s tweets. “We had a little family party for Audriana’s 1st bday last night. I can’t believe she’s 1! Love love LOVE her,” she wrote on Sept. 20.
