The star simply shone at the premiere of Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps last night. Here’s how to steal her look!

OMG, look how gorgeous Carey Mulligan looked last night! The star (and recent Vogue cover girl) was spotted last night walking the red carpet at the premiere of her new movie, Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps, the highly-anticipated sequel to the legendary movie from the 80’s. How much do you just love her chic hairstyle and sultry eye makeup? Let’s break down how to get the look:

Carey’s short pixie cut has grown out to a gorgeous, longer version with great golden highlights. For a shot of conditioning power before styling, use Orlando Pita Renew Dry Conditioner, which adds moisture on the go. Then get two-for-one styling power by using Oribe 24k Gold Pomade, which holds and shapes beautifully while adding real gilded shine to your locks (a perfect way to try highlights, btw.)

When it comes to her fabulous eye look, it appears her makeup artist used amethyst and charcoal hues to bring out the colors in her Nina Ricci gown. The Tarte TEN Limited Edition Collector’s Palette contains ten popular hues in a chic, reusable case, including vivid shimmering amethyst and shimmering silver gray hues that can be used to recreate Carey’s gorgeous look. Be sure wet the brush and add a extra line or two of the darkest gray along the top lash line for that sultry effect. Top the look with generous coats of Dior DiorShow Mascara, a makeup artist favorite because of its lush lash-building and long-lasting formula. Hit both your top and bottom lashes for eyes that truly pop.

What did you think of Carey’s makeup and hair look last night? Vote now!
