Carefree in a low cut shirt and flashing some thigh in a super short skirt, Lindsay shows she is once again not taking her current situation seriously!

Lindsay Lohan may have tested positive for illegal drugs and admitted it to the world on her Twitter, but nothing is going to stop her from going out! The former actress and current cautionary tale was out on the town just hours after news that she had failed her most recent drug test came to light, stopping by Magnolia restaurant in Los Angeles, an industry hot spot. Why sit and wallow in the horrible rock bottom state of your life when you can pal around with your friends!

Yet again showing no actual regard for completely mocking her probation, we wonder how Judge Fox will react to these photos when Lindsay is sentenced this week.

She just doesn’t give an eff clearly. Anyone who cared would not be out partying after she admitting she is doing drugs again.
She managed to fool the ucla doctors thats she isn’t an addict and thought she could fool the drug testing system too. Its joke by now, she will never have a comeback the way this is going as she just doesn’t seem to get it!

Lindsey can play all the games she wants to but it will catch up to her eventually!!! The drugs are destroying her life and her body even as young as she is, sooner or later she will die from them–she won’t be able to cry her way out of that situation–it will be toooo late!!!

to get help which by the way has already been offered to her on numerous
occasions. she needs to go straight to jail. !! we should pray for her

lINDSEY has had more chances to turn her life around. And apparently if YOU HAVE ENOUGH MONEY YOU CAN AVOID JAIL TIME!!!

So Khristina, get your act together and stop trying to “defend someone who isn’t worth defending, let alone making FRIVOULOUS comments about what other people say about her and YOU SHOULD TOO WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE BURNING!~!!!!!

Maybe you and Lindsey should get together if you want to be like her.

Linsay already got in trouble for drugs, and now AGAIN!!!!!! she needs to act more mature and get her face out of drugs! she is in her 20′s and should know not to do that!!! gosh she needs to grow up.

Some people have to hit bottom before they can start the climb upwards.
Maybe she hasn’t met the person yet that she is willing to learn from. She seems not to relate to the concept of cause and effect to well and that is a major life lesson. People who become the causers of their lives are on the road to freedom!

I think that everyone should just leave here alone. Apparently she needs help and not jail time. And, what’s wrong with going out with friends to a restaurant? People do it all of the time. I sure wouldn’t sit at home and sulk about something that’s already done. She can’t change it, just learn from her mistakes, not to let it happen again.
Also, as much money as these actors and actresses have, you’d think they’d be smart enough to get some type of detox you can buy over the internet or get anywhere else before going in for a drug test. Regular people do it all the time.

I agree with you, Kris. Put yourself in her shoes. She is hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt and has no work to pay off her mounting legal and personal bills. She needs our prayers and good wishes right now, not our scorn!

There is nothing wrong with going out, but when you do drugs and put your life and the lives of other in jeopardy there lies the problem. Also court drug tests are a surprise for this reason, to catch the person in the act. She needs serious help. And to betty she can’t be in that much debt if she’s buying coke. Star or not she needs to be locked away in a detox place and get the help she needs. I would be saying the same thing if she wasn’t a star, oh wait if she was a normal person she would still be in jail.

She was only going out for a late dinner.
She obviously did the coke 2 weeks ago so she has had plenty of time to contemplate it before she tweeted about it.
Her family is back in L.A supporting her so hopefully the Judge gives her another chance.

Um, coke does not stay in your system for 2 weeks…more like 2 days. She would have had to have gotten high within the past 48 hours or so of failing the drug test.
