Joe’s motor skills are called into question again, this time as he is sentenced to serve time for driving with a suspended license!
It looks like the Giudice family may want to start investing in a driver for the family! Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa’s Giudice‘s husband Joe was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $1,000 for driving on a suspended license according to Radar Online. In addition his license will be suspended for one-year — a blessing in disguise for the accident prone driver.
In January of this year, Joe was charged with driving under the influence after crashing his car into a telephone pole in New Jersey. He claims however he only too shots AFTER the accident at the home of a pal.
He was released to the police on outstanding warrants following the January incident and his license was suspended for one-year.
Joe and Teresa are set to celebrate the first birthday of their youngest daughter next week before he begins his sentence.

Is Joe a US citizen or not? He was born in Italy yet no one knows the status of his immigration. Since he now has a criminal record how does this affect his status to remain in the US?
