The mom of eight is admittedly in the best shape of her life, but it also looks like she had some help from the Photoshop Fairy for her latest bikini shoot!
Kate Gosselin, 35, fights off rumors of an affair with bodyguard Steve Neild in the new issue of People magazine — but we can’t take our eyes off her tummy, which we believe has been magically wiped of stretch marks. After giving birth to twins and sextuplets, we know (and have photographic proof) that Kate’s real skin reflects that labor, so why does her now-enviable tummy look completely blemish-free?
The article acknowledges the horizontal scar left behind after Kate’s tummy tuck in 2006, saying that it can be hidden with a pair of bikini bottoms. What aren’t mentioned, however, are the stretch marks Kate developed during her pregnancy. They’re clearly visible in un-retouched photos, like the one above, yet have completely vanished in the new magazine photos.
So, what’s the deal? We’re not knocking Kate for having stretch marks — they’re a common occurrence for moms — but we do think it’s unfortunate that she’s giving the world a false image of her “hot new body.” Kate is a role model for so many moms out there, and it’s unfair of her to make slimming down and firming up so easy, while real moms struggle to achieve the same effect, often less successfully.
What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Is Kate’s new bikini cover totally Photoshopped, or is it an accurate depiction of how much progress she’s made?

It is really disheartening to see how woman are so eager to attack other, more successful or more visible women. It is sad and pathetic. I work around mostly men, and they don’t attack each other they way women do. I wonder why men have such a sense of loyalty to each other and women don’t. I guess if I could figure that out, I’d be rich. I’m not.
