Is Kate Gosselin's Latest Bikini Cover RETOUCHED To Hide Her Stretch Marks?

The mom of eight is admittedly in the best shape of her life, but it also looks like she had some help from the Photoshop Fairy for her latest bikini shoot!

Kate Gosselin, 35, fights off rumors of an affair with bodyguard Steve Neild in the new issue of People magazine — but we can’t take our eyes off her tummy, which we believe has been magically wiped of stretch marks. After giving birth to twins and sextuplets, we know (and have photographic proof) that Kate’s real skin reflects that labor, so why does her now-enviable tummy look completely blemish-free?

The article acknowledges the horizontal scar left behind after Kate’s tummy tuck in 2006, saying that it can be hidden with a pair of bikini bottoms. What aren’t mentioned, however, are the stretch marks Kate developed during her pregnancy. They’re clearly visible in un-retouched photos, like the one above, yet have completely vanished in the new magazine photos.

So, what’s the deal? We’re not knocking Kate for having stretch marks — they’re a common occurrence for moms — but we do think it’s unfortunate that she’s giving the world a false image of her “hot new body.” Kate is a role model for so many moms out there, and it’s unfair of her to make slimming down and firming up so easy, while real moms struggle to achieve the same effect, often less successfully.

What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Is Kate’s new bikini cover totally Photoshopped, or is it an accurate depiction of how much progress she’s made?

It is really disheartening to see how woman are so eager to attack other, more successful or more visible women. It is sad and pathetic. I work around mostly men, and they don’t attack each other they way women do. I wonder why men have such a sense of loyalty to each other and women don’t. I guess if I could figure that out, I’d be rich. I’m not.

Yes the stretchmarks are airbrushed out, but the photo on the beach you have above also looks airbrushed. Recent unphotoshopped pix of Kate jogging on labor day show that the stretchmarks are far worse. The whole belly is crepey. In addition she has cellulite galore and lipo scars on her thighs and her butt and thighs are much larger. The pix in cabo show prominent tummy tuck scars and a flabby gut despite spraytanning. Go to jibberjabbers blog for comaprison photos. It is a joke that 1. She thinks she looks good 2. She would brag about it. 3. She would show a body that looks nothing like hers on the People cover and claim it’s all her 4. She would lie about not having a boob job or lipo, in addition to all the face work she’s had done and 5. She cares more about her not-so-good looks than her kids. In reality, the woman has a gross body.

They deserve photoshop of the year award! Too bad magazines have to do this in order to improve the look of someone. Kate has NO waistline, they tried to give her one. Her legs are HUGE, not slender like in this pix. And yes, she does have stretch marks, and her scars are clearly seen in her bikini pix. Frankly, this woman is sexy at all. SHe is not feminine in her movements, dancing or otherwise. OVEREXPOSED to the max. Not sure why either. No talent, except for having babies.

Why did you use a picture from a year ago for the comparison?

So pathetic that women attack other women.

It’s more pathetic that synthetic Kate lies so much. Btw, Viewer, the cover is photoshopped. Sorry to burst that silicone bubble you’re living in. You can find unretouched photos over at INF. Her thighs are riddled with cellulite. Not attacking, just stating fact, and you know that Kate wants the attention, and she’s going to get the bad along with the good.

Airbrushing out Kate’s stretch marks doesn’t nearly bother me as much her diehard insistence that she did not get breast augmentation 18 months ago. At first when asked about it she would pull her usual answer without actually answering scam. But on “The View” a few months ago she flat out denied it. I bet in this article she’s going to admit to “a little lift” while still refusing to admit to the full “C” small “D” implants.

A photoshopped Kate? Surely she would NEVER lie! (
That, was a huge dose of sarcasm, folks!)

Oh gee whiz, can we puleeezzzzzzzzz have a Gosselin free week. Her body was put into a photo rshop just to get rid of the nastiness-ish nevermind the damm strtch marks that she carries. Her being a role model is like saying Octo-mom is a role model. They are both bitches that gave birth to a litter.

the dark line at the back of her legs and back is a tell – tale sign of photoshopping . Her legs are NOT slender like that at all…as we’ve seen in the untouched Cabo trip photos where she is “NOT HAVING SEXUAL RELATIONS w/ THAT BODYGUARD” (ala Clinton) Why can’t people just be normal? No photo-shop. She’s fit, but not slender. She doesn’t have curves, but at least she’s healthy (if she stopped her closet smoking it would be even better). Why can’t women rejoice in their body image without trying to make it ‘over’ using computer aided magic and plastic surgeons? stretch marks, baby pouch, slightly sagging breasts, it’s all normal.

Sad that People keeps trying to project KATE into our lives. Many are just sick and tired of her exploitation of herself and her children (mostly her children)

More importantly why does anyone care about her? Not relevant and kinda boring.

At least I’ll be saving some money this week by leaving People magazine in the rack when I checkout at the grocery store. Talk about the most overexposed reality celeb in history. They just won’t let this talentless woman fade away. Someone is highly invested in seeing her succeed, but why?

And why the heck is her belly button so abnormally high?

Wait….this implies that some magazine covers aren’t photoshoped?

WHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!

Oh, that’s hilarious….unphotoshopped mag covers…

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!

Get a clue. EVERY mag cover is photoshopped, as well as every picture in them. Hollywood is one great big illusion. Google photoshop celebs or celebs without makeup. It’s all an illusion….
