Sure Blake Lively is Gossip Girl’s resident wild child, but in real life the 23-year-old is already thinking about starting a family, and is planning what she’ll do when she’s done acting.
“I want babies. Lots of babies,” Blake Lively reveals in the October issue of Allure. Considering that the 23-year-old is in a long-term relationship with her Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley, 23, could she have already found the ideal father for her kids? “I don’t comment on my relationships,” says Blake, who is also starring on the big screen in The Town, which opens this weekend. But Penn hasn’t been shy about sharing his secrets for keeping Blake happy. “Passion is number one and trust is number two,” says Penn. “You need to start with a passionate connection, and if you can maintain it and cultivate it, that’s most important. Then trust can develop. I have both now, and it’s been an incredible thing,” he adds. They totally would have adorable babies, wouldn’t they?
Once she becomes a mother, Blake wants to step away from the cameras and in to a kitchen instead. “I want to have a brunch place, a bakery, and a Southern restaurant because my family’s from Georgia,” says the skilled cook.
