BREAKING NEWS! PETA Tells Lady Gaga: You're Lucky You Weren't Covered in Maggots!

Lady Gaga wore her meat-frock on live TV on the VMAs last night, and we had to find out what PETA would have to say about this.

You just knew Lady Gaga would get people agog about her beefy dress last night — and those verbal samurai at PETA took their best cut yet.

Here’s what PETA chieftaness told us this morning:
In her line of  business, Lady Gaga has a hard time being “over the top,” and wearing a dress made from cuts of dead cows is offensive enough to bring comment, but someone should whisper in her ear that there are more people upset by butchery than impressed by it—and that means a lot of young people will not be buying her records if she keeps it up. On the other hand, maybe it was fake, and she’ll talk about that later.

Meat is the decomposing flesh of an abused animal who didn’t want to die, and after time spent under the TV lights, it would smell like the rotting flesh that it is and likely be crawling in maggots—not too attractive, really.

If Lady Gaga continues to wear meat, the perfect accessory would be a PETA vegetarian/vegan starter kit. A lot of people will take one look and want one. It’s sending lots of people to PETA.org to download our kit, so I guess we should be glad.

Doubt the meat dress was made from real meat. If it were real meat it would be VERY heavy to wear and if it were thin cuts of meat then it would tear more easily. It’s faux meat.

Plus the PETA idiot is just that an idiot. She’s a diabetic who used PIG insulin for DECADES before switching to non-PIG insulin. Regardless, the medicine she took before and continues to take now WERE TESTED ON ANIMALS. Hypocrite.

But back to Gaga’s dress. It was ugly, beautiful makeup job but the dress was just plain ugly. Frankly I rather have liked it if she wore FUR and FEATHERS.

Because maggots manifest from meat….

Dear God. I’d love for someone in her position to do some research before spouting random facts to make her look horrible but in no way relate to this situation.

It’s comments like this that make people roll their eyes at the organization.

And yet… Fewer animals have died to make Gaga’s dress than the number of puppies and kittens killed by PETA. Ms. Newkirk apparently needs to brush up on her facts in regard to how animals reproduce– as she’s clearly unaware as to where maggots come from. (Hint: We established quite a few years back that maggots do not come from meat.)

I do wonder about whether or not that was sanitary, though. I’m hoping the folks who did the cleanup used some anti-bac on that chair she was sitting in.

nothing to comment on PETA, but on the positive, i thought Gaga looked pretty, which is also a change of pace from her butter-face.

Ingrid Newkirk is a hypocrit. She is a diabetic and uses medication that is tested on animals.

PETA should really find out if that was real meat or not first before opening up their mouths.

What Ingrid Newkirk can speak to animals now??? I can do it too, her is what Ingrid Newkirk would say if she could, “My parents didn’t hug me enough so now I have to be a pain in EVERYONE else’s a$$.” Get over yourself, if god didn’t want us to eat cows he would not have made them so delicious.
