Justin made sure the party didn’t stop after the VMAs on Sept. 12 as he dined with his mentor Usher at WP24 by Wolfgang Puck at The Ritz-Carlton in Los Angeles. After rocking the VMA stage, the duo rocked a dinner as only Usher and the Biebster can do!

“They dined post-awards and were at the restaurant until after 11 p.m.,” our source dished. “[Justin] seemed thrilled to be at the center of all the excitement and action.” Guests also caught a glimpse of Usher, rocking a pair of shades and strolling around the dining room with a cocktail in hand. He was chatting and having a great time on the 24th floor restaurant.
But the fun had to stop eventually for the 16-year-old Best New Artist — his world tour hits Winnipeg, Canada, on Sept. 14! It’s a rough life, indeed.
