Unbelievable! Lindsay Admits She Saw Stroller She Hit With Car — 'I Saw Them, But They Didn’t Move Out Of The Way!'

A photographer on the scene says Lindsay not only saw the stroller, she admitted to hitting it!

It looks like Lindsay Lohan may be in hot water, yet again, after a photographer has come forward and said the starlet admitted to hitting a baby and their stroller on Sept. 1! Austin Visschedyk told Radar Online that Lindsay said to him following the accident, “Well, I saw them, but they didn’t move out of the way.” She is still out of control!

Lindsay was out in her new Maserati when the incident happened, going between 10 – 15 miles an hour according to a bystander. The impace of the accident caused the stroller to almost tip over and scared nearby witnesses.

It is unsure what will happen next with Lindsay but maybe she should just learn and stay home as much as possible or put some of the money she keeps blowing on Red Bull and hair extensions towards a driver!

For whatever worth…TMZ reported 03SEPT @ 11:55AM (PDT) that the photographers who recorded the incident were lying

The video they sold was recorded after the “incident”

One of these photogs, “Brayan Jaime”, also reported it was his first day on the job as a “free lance photographer” and he just bumped into the opportunity

It is really sad when we judge celebrities on different levels than the regular john doe on the street. Hollywood or not should all be on the same wave lenght. I believe in giving people a second chance to learn a lesson and grow up. We all make mistakes while growing up,some learn and some don’t! We as a nation need to stop giving credit and rewarding bad behavior. If we stop watching movies and tv of all rude and annoying behaviors maybe we can change our behaviors in our own backyards first.

Jlozanovski, you need to learn how to write if you hope to have anyone take your comments seriously. Correct verb tense, punctuation, and grammar would be a good place to start. After that, you may want to do some of the growing up you are claiming others need. Your own naivety is plainly showing in your comments. Being appalled by the behavior that this woman not only pulls, but also gets away with is not hateful of jealous. It’s reality. People that continue to make excuses for the Lindsay, and her behavior, are the same people that contribute to the problem in the first place and prevent her from getting the help she needs.

I think it is very funny that you seem to have the need to correct people’s comment grammar on a celebrity news site. No one takes you seriously anyways on sites like these. Proper grammar will not rectify that fact. Also, referring to her as The Lindsay is probably the most improper use of the English language of anyone on the site. Anyone who thinks none of what happens to Lindsay Lohan is her fault is just showing how retarded America has become. It’s her choice to act the way she does and take all the drugs she does. If the courts would stop letting famous people get away with everything maybe the behavior would slow down. She has had too many chances to get her act together. There are plenty of of good looking young females out there that can act 10 times better than her. The movie industry should judt chalk her up as a loss and MOVE ON.

I am so looking forward to seeing the look on Lindsay’s face when this new judge sends her back to jail for at least 30 days. Wonder if jail could be longer than that since it was hit-and-run. We can only hope so.
