Paris Hilton was arrested AGAIN for drugs…but this time she had coke in her possession!
UPDATE: Aug. 28, 12:40 p.m. Paris Hilton’s lawyer, David Chesnoff, has released the following statement: “Paris Hilton was released this morning on her own recognizance. This matter will be dealt with in the courts not in the media and I encourage people not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law. There will be no interviews and no more comments at this time.”
Is Paris Hilton going off the deep end AGAIN? The 29-year-old heiress was arrested in Las Vegas last night, Aug. 27, when police pulled over the black Cadillac Escalade she was riding in after they noticed marijuana smoke coming out from the window…and then realized Paris had cocaine.
“Officers noticed a vehicle leaving smoke trail of a controlled substance (and) made a stop based on that,” Las Vegas police spokesman Marcus Martin told The Associated Press of the stop that reportedly took place in front of the Wynn Hotel at 11:30 p.m.
When the police realized Paris had cocaine on her, she was booked into the Clark County Detention Center. According to reports, the trouble-making celeb was held over night and released Sunday morning.
Her rep was unavailable for comment, but this isn’t Paris’ first run-in with the law. Earlier this summer, she was arrested at the World Cup in South Africa for possession of marijuana — and in 2007, she served 23 days in jail after pleading guilty to an alcohol-related reckless driving charge.

Paris Hilton is the consummate specialist in the endeavor of being arrested for drugs. This time, she was booked for possession of drugs. She was arrested for possession of cocaine in Las Vegas. This is her third substance bust in as many months. She has already been arrested twice for possession of weed.
