After only 22 of her 90 days at a court-ordered rehab, Lindsay has allegedly been released from UCLA’s Medical Center!
Are you freaking kidding us? Lindsay Lohan really DOES lead a charmed life – she gets out of every single sticky situation she’s ever been in! Even though she hasn’t even completed one full month of her 90-day court-ordered rehab at the UCLA Medical Center, RadarOnline is reporting that the 24-year-old actress signed discharge papers and TMZ says she’s been released as of 5:45 p.m. Aug. 24. Unbelievable!
“Lohan had a court hearing scheduled for Wednesday but a plan was secretly formulated to release her Tuesday and avoid a media frenzy,” the RadarOnline says.
However, before you start rioting in the streets, Lindsay’s not getting off scotch-free (pun intended). The Mean Girls star is allegedly required to continue outpatient rehab two to three times a week at UCLA — a seemingly small price to pay for someone who was supposed to be locked up for 90 days in jail AND 90 days in rehab, but only served a total of 35 days in both facilities.
The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office has not responded to HollywoodLife.com’s calls for comment. Do YOU think it’s ridiculous if Lindsay gets out of jail without even spending a month in jail?

what a joke it right!! i mean, look at her in this pic…when she went into jail she was a skelator!! now, after being released she’s chubby in the face & actually more healthy looking. that’s proof to me that she had an obvious problem off on her own with lord knows what. just a month of not being able to consume whatever she wanted, she already looks better. they should’ve kept her in there!!!
