Judge Elden Fox will issue an order later this afternoon that could be Lindsay Lohan’s ticket to freedom.
Sources have told TMZ.com they expect Lindsay’s release will probably come this week, to be followed by outpatient care. All signs point to Judge Fox executing this plan.
The ruling is expected between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM PT. Doctors who have treated Lindsay at UCLA previously recommended that Lindsay be released from rehab before the end of her 90 day sentence, originally mandated by judge Marsha Revel.
But addiction experts and doctors we spoke with said that Lindsay being sprung early is the worst thing that can happen to a young woman who has as many addiction issues as Lindsay.
Lindsay’s mother Dina told Matt Lauer on the Today Show that once she is released Lindsay will be coming home to spend some time in Long Island for awhile and will complete any outpatient work in New York. She is also slated to finish filming her upcoming biopic of porn star Linda Lovelace.
What do you think? Is it too soon for Lindsay to be released?

As far as Lindsey is concerned, it’s a flat out joke! If you are given a prison sentence and you only complete less than 2 weeks of it how can rehabilitate a person or make them understand that they shouldn’t do it again?
And what does this say about sentences given to “actors & actresses” as opposed to “normal every day people”? Are they given the same chance as Lindsey? I think not! Like I said the court system & sentencing to people in the industry of entertainment might just as well not be given punishment at all!
