In The September issue of Shape magazine, the Get Him to the Greek starlet gives YOU her tips on getting fit and feeling fabulous!
If only we could all look as taut, toned and totally gorgeous as Kristen Bell. Luckily for us, the 30-year-old actress is sharing her fitness secrets in the new issue of Shape magazine!
“My friends and I are all into staying in shape through outdoor activities,” the Get Him to the Greek star confides. “We play Ultimate Frisbee, hike the trails around Los Angeles, go rock climbing in Malibu, explore underwater caves in Palos Verdes. We’re gluttons for excitement, and it keeps us fit!”
Kristen, who’s engaged to comedian Dax Shepard, DOES like to keep herself active. “I’m like a jackrabbit throughout the day and like to keep moving whenever I can. And this is better than just sitting on the couch for an hour, right?”
She added, “I like to stay fit and challenge myself but I’m not going to try to be a certain size, or weigh a specific amount. I don’t own a scale. My goal is to feel good and look healthy.”
That’s a great attitude to have, Kristen. Way to go for being an awesome role model to girls everywhere!
