OMG! Lindsay Lohan Might Be Released From Rehab Early — That's A Huge Mistake!

Lindsay needs time to get better and beat her addictions. How is she going to do that if she’s constantly getting let off the hook so easily?

This is terrible, terrible, terrible news. It’s Lindsay Lohan‘s third time at the rehab rodeo and she STILL hasn’t stopped her addictive, hard-partying lifestyle – and we are completely upset to hear reports that she’s going to be let out early!

“My understanding from conversations with Shawn Chapman Holley is that Miss Lohan could be released early from the treatment facility,” Danette Meyers, the prosecutor in Lindsay’s case told RadarOnline. “It is looking as if that is what the health care professionals are going to recommend. How much earlier she could be released I’m unsure of at this point.”

She added, “I will follow what the health care professionals advise. That could involve follow up treatment for Miss Lohan, however, it is my understanding that it is looking like the health care professionals will be recommending that she be released earlier than the 90 days Judge Revel previously ordered.” Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lindsay to jail and rehab but recently recused herself from the case.

The 24-year-old actress was also let off the hook from her jail time early, spending only 13 of her 90 day sentence at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif.

This is total BS — we think she needs time to get better and should serve her entire three-month sentence at the UCLA Medical Center! What do YOU think?

Mandatory rehab is a complete waste of time if the addict doesn’t want to be there, and I’m willing to bet she doesn’t want to be there. If they do release her early, she should be thrown back in jail.

best thought yet. wonder if the judge could’ve done that- 6 mos to be served in either rehab or jail, your choice linds… if that is a legal option, annoyed the judge didn’t think of it! well, maybe b/c she knew that the jail part wouldn’t stick regardless b/c of the “overcrowding” and sheriff’s dept of releasing people after serving 10% of their sentence. in a perfect world, that would’ve been great. i almost bet linds would’ve chosen jail over rehab.

She would picked the 6 months of jail meaning she only served a month. She didn’t appeal bc of the SCRAM and the rehab which the judge was sending her to even if she appealed.

I work in the health care industry and if they let her out to early she will fail. Everyone is always enabling her. If she want to beat her addition she needs to do the whole 3 months.

This is a lawsuit about-to-happen, y’all! If they let her out early and she self-destructs and doesn’t live, then her mother can sue the hospital on the grounds they released her daughter knowing she wasn’t off the drugs and wasn’t ready to return to ‘reality.’ Right?!

did anyone ever say why the judge recused herself? i suspected lindsay was getting out early when i heard that, and the judge just wanted to wipe her hands of this thing. basically, the judge said this girl needs to be locked up for 6 months to clean up her act- the judge clearly thought at least 3 months of it would be unf’ed with b/c it’s a medical facility (versus what she knew the sheriff’s dept would do with the jail sentence), but instead, even the rehab professionals are going to recommend lindsay get out? i’d throw my hands in the air, too. what is it going to take to get this girl to straighten out? you know, maybe we’ve all got it wrong. maybe lindsay’s disastrous life has nothing to do with drugs and alcohol. for all we know, the professionals at rehab are correct and she doesn’t have a drug and alcohol problem and should be set free. (though, this hasn’t been said yet, of course.) maybe there is no excuse or explanation for her behavior other than she’s a spoiled little f’ed up brat? who knows. if i were the judge, i would’ve recused myself to be done with this sh!t, too. the jail, the rehab, the judge, and hollywood… nobody wants anything to do with this girl apparently. it’s beyond me. i don’t have a good feeling about lindsay’s fate though. i feel like it’s going to be something stupid that brings her life to an end- like a “fake” suicide attempt for attention that ultimately works. i don’t know. and why do i even care so much about this girl… it all just makes me so mad that nothing seems to put her back on the successful track she was on once upon a time. i guess that’s life.

Drew still gets high and drinks. She was too hung over to do a press junket at the Toronto Film Festival for her film “whip it”

what does this have to do with anything? drew never claimed to be “sober”. she is a highly functioning individual, who, by all accounts takes her work seriously and doesn’t let booze and drugs get in the way of that. clearly she does not have a destructive relationship with intoxicants at this point, unlike ms. lohan who has plenty of talent and can’t get her act together b/c of outside influences.

WTF? According to the drug tests in June she was negative for everything. Its not a crime to go out and party. I laugh everytime I hear this BS about “Oh, Lindsay, get better”. She hasnt been arrested and she was sent to jail for missing some alcohol ed classes. I have never seem any of her movies but legally she has done nothing wrong.

i can’t figure out what’s going on with her if it’s not substance abuse- but don’t forget, “negative for everything” does not include the crazy prescription meds she has… i don’t know if she has a problem or not, of course, but the prescriptions she is on are CRAZY serious. as for the “legally wrong” part, the things she was doing wrong were lying to the court and failing to complete her alcohol program on time or as ordered.
