Even though new reports say that Jennifer’s future as an American Idol judge ain’t gonna happen — many are saying it’s simply not true and we WILL see her on Fox! Do you really think they’re going to get rid of J.Lo?

And the shakeup continues … Last week Jennifer Lopez was a lock to fill Kara DioGuardi’s shoes (she still hasn’t heard whether or not she’s fired, PS), but reports suggest J.Lo’s diva demands were too much for American Idol producers!

“Her demands got out of hand,” a source told People magazine. “Fox has just had enough.”

But a conflicting report from RadarOnline reports that J.Lo is definitely in the running to be on American Idol’s judging panel and that these reports of Mariah Carey replacing her are totally false.

Although, there’s one person that completely stands behind Mariah being an AI judge — her hubby Nick Cannon!

“You know what? She talks about it,” Nick, told The Hollywood Reporter. “She says, ‘I would love to do that.’ She is one of the greatest singers of our time; she would be great. I don’t know if she has enough time, though, but if they could work with her schedule, I know she would love to do ‘Idol’. Let’s start the campaign!”

Mariah isn’t the only person campaigning to appear on the hit reality show alongside Randy Jackson and potential judge Steven Tyler: Donald Trump ALSO thinks he’s make an excellent judge.

“I think I’d get great ratings and I do have an amazing understanding of music, but I do think they should go in a different direction,” the entrepreneur told Zap2it, adding, “I’ve always had an aptitude for music, for whatever reason.”

Yeah, but Donald, there’s one small problem here. You know you can’t yell out ‘You’re fired’ on American Idol, right?
