I’m less than gleeful about Mark’s new single, which debuted this morning on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show. What do YOU think, BFFs?
It’s a good thing that Mark Salling is uber-adorable and has a hit TV show, because his solo music career is off to a mediocre start. His first single, a rock balled called ‘Higher Power,’ debuted Aug. 10 on Ryan Seacrest’s 102.7 KIIS FM morning show – and we’re slightly less than impressed.
With lyrics like, “Hey, are you feeling sad today?” and “You’re going insane,” the 27-year-old hottie has created a song that sounds eerily like Gloria Gaynor’s ‘I Will Survive’ mixed with the Plain White T’s ‘Hey There, Delilah’. Um, yeah.
Unfortunately, we think Mark’s going to need a higher power to make this song a hit! Do you agree? Listen and tell us what you think about ‘Higher Power.’
