The singer is in talks to star in ‘New Year’s Eve,’ the sequel to this year’s ‘Valentine’s Day!’ But will her ex Taylor be asked back as well?

Having already managed to conquer the world of singing while she was just a teenager, Taylor Swift seems set to do the same in the film industry as she is now in talks to star in the sequel to her first film Valentine’s DayNew Year’s Eve! ShowbizSpy reports, “Insiders say the “Love Story” singer — who appeared alongside Bradley Cooper, Jessica Biel, Taylor Lautner and Jessica Alba among others in the movie, which was released this past February — has been in discussions about a new project called New Year’s Eve — but it will feature a whole new cast — apart from Swift.” Beating out all those big stars to stay in the film? Amazing!

We still wonder however if former boyfriend Taylor will make a cameo, as he did play her boyfriend in Valentine’s Day. It seems like it might be hard for him to find the time however, with the upcoming Breaking Dawn set to shoot later this year.

What do you think about Taylor’s new film role?

There is a reason other big stars aren’t coming back. They moved on, Taylor should too. The Sequel is going to bomb. Hard.
