Vanessa Williams is making the transition from the mean streets of Ugly Betty‘s Manhattan to the even meaner streets of Desperate Housewives‘ Fairview quite nicely — and we all owe Eva Longoria a big “thank you” for showing us! Eva tweeted the above photo of herself with Vanessa, Marcia Cross, Teri Hatcher and Felicity Huffman on Aug. 4, giving us our first look at season seven!

i might be over this show, but regardless, vanessa is a great addition… she might make me interested again. the sopranos woman and that entire story line was so ill-suited to the series. i’m expecting much more from vanessa and her story line.
