UNBELIEVABLE! Lindsay Lohan Is Outraged That She Didn’t Have Any Free Time Before Rehab!

And that’s not all-she’s still in denial that she has a problem!

Even though Lindsay’s mom, Dina Lohan, says her daughter’s is “doing well” and “in good hands,” a source claims the 24-year-old actress is pouting about having to go to rehab.
After all she’s been through, you’d think Lindsay Lohan would be happy to have spent 13 days in jail instead of her scheduled 90 AND about being sent to one of the best rehab facilities in the country, but an insider says the actress has yet to accept her fate.

“Lindsay is very upset that the judge ordered her to go straight to rehab,” the source told People. “[She] is having a difficult time accepting that she will be in rehab for the next three months. She still doesn’t think that she needs any help.”

Seriously?! Even after serving 13 full days in jail, the Mean Girls actress is still in denial. What will it take for her to wake up and smell the roses?

Her mom, Dina Lohan, thinks UCLA’s Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital is just the place for her daughter.

“Lindsay is doing well, and is appreciative of the hundreds of well-wishes she has received,” Dina told RadarOnline. “Lindsay is with the utmost professionals and is in very good hands.”

We think so too. Lindsay will spend 90 days in rehab and then will be under probation for one year. Do YOU think rehab will change the defiant Lindsay Lohan?

Until Lindsay realizes she has a problem and WANTS to get better, I fear she’ll be back to her old tricks as soon as she gets out.

true. no amount of forcing ever seems to work though we’ve been doing it for years. but maybe rehab will still help her in the process even if it is just actually hearing something from someone else that sounds dangerously like her own situation… even if it’s just something that makes it easier for her to accept her problems a year from now or more. hopefully it’s not entirely worthless.

I fear that Boo Hearne Carroll has it right; look at what happened to Michael Jackson. These celebrities rarely have true friends who have their best interests at heart, most just want to use them as meal tickets.
HOpefully, there will be some in rehab that will see her not as a celebrity, but as a young woman with serious problems, both substance abuse and attitude.
I believe that the judge had every right to change the rehab facility and requiring her to go straight from one to the other—I would think that she was a HUGE flight risk, and Ms. Lohan’s lawyer’s comments didn’t help her at all.
Martin Sheen once turned Charlie into rehab—saved his life at that time, but it seems that Charlie, too, again succumbed to temptations put in his way (I suspect harder for a celebrity to avoid than a “regular guy” who can get a new job and stay away from old “friends” without the media watching every step).
What happens next is almost entirely up to Lindsay herself and her fans and the media letting her along for long enough after getting out of rehab for her to find her own strength, which will only happen if SHE DECIDES she wants to. For her sake, I hope it does, but I fear it is not likely.

I say she deserves to spend at least a month in jail then go directly to rehab. If she still doesn’t wake up, media coverage is helping blind-side her; she’s not worth the coverage.

One day she will realize she’s wasted her good years and regret it the rest of her life.

Did anyone really believe she would walk out with a new sense of self? 2 weeks wont change someone so stuck in their ways. Rehab might a little since they dont release for good behavior or over crowding. She will continue to play the “poor me” until she herself accepts the reality.

We outsiders (not actors) need to understand why she thinks she is OK. She is not doing anything differently than all the other actors in LA. She is just sloppy and likes her photo in the papers and on-line. Others keep under the radar by doing their drugs and boozing in private. Or their agents/publicists pay someone off to keep their picture out of the news. The one where the actor/actress is being carried out of a bar/restaurant. She will never ‘get it’ because she sees everyone around her doing what she does. As long as there is a physician or drug dealer out there willing to give her the drugs, she will continue to use them. I think we all know that if she doesn’t see the light soon her obituary will be all the news in the near future. It’s her life.

it’s a little overbroad to say all of hollywood is doing this. yes, the ones who abuse substances have handlers that enable them by hiding it and cleaning up the messes- but it’s also clear that MOST of hollywood is very hard working and healthy b/c they need to look good and be focused in order to succeed in their competitive world. in general though, i agree with what you say about hollywood’s overprescribing doctors, enablers, and that there are some starlets these days that are not setting good examples. but there are plenty of them that are very respectful diligent hard working people, especially the older women who have survived and are still working. i think lindsay would believe she has no problem even if she were a cashier at borders- cuz her mother tells her she has no problem, and b/c addicts are always in denial (until they’re not).

I have been watching this on TV and in all honesty if it would have been anybody else thats did what she has done , they would be under a jail somewhere. her so-called jail time was nothing people that do a lot less then what she has done get 3 or 4 times the jail time that she had , and the rehab , LOL , thats not going to do anything for her , the drugs she is on , the dilaudid my aunt had cancer and was dieing thats what she was perscribed the only people that are givin that medicine are terminally ill , no way should that medication be giving for a toothache , I just dont get it , I guess if you’ve got the money the Dr. will prescribe anything for you , why aren’t they looking at the Doctors that are prescribing these meds to her. Personally I think they should give her atleast a year if not more in a general population county jail , and then make her go to rehab and see if that helps , oh well thats just my 2 cents

i agree with you re the doctors. i have seen this in my own family’s life, as well of course as what we have seen with michael jackson and anna nicole and brittany murphy and her husband and so many more that we probably never knew about. i am just a simple woman, but i find myself always wondering how these doctors live with themselves and how they justify to themselves drugging these people even when their patients don’t die? are they just so star struck and happy to be in company with the big stars that they will do whatever is asked of them? i just don’t understand how people who went to school to make people well, justify this in their head. i have never been able to wrap my mind around that.

She needs to grow up and start acting responsibly. 13 days was not enough jail time. She should have at least served 1/3 of the 90 days even better 1/2 of it. She is a spoiled brat that has had everything handed to her. Its time that she grows up.

instead of concentrate on the real criminals (ehy .. where is Bin Laden????) we do this to our best artists

go catch some real criminal , I know that they may have weapons and fight back but that’s why we support the system! catching young defenseless girls it’s easy, uh?

she has plenty of people like you on her side. that’s the problem. if this was as simple as a dui, her career wouldn’t have tanked in the process. she clearly has acting skills, yet noboby wants anything to do with her b/c she is irresponsible and cannot pull herself together even when she has a project- unless it’s a photo shoot b/c that only involves a bit of her day and allows her to party before and after. she has become a joke in her field and is getting trash parts, and even those are few and far between. if you’re her fan, you must believe she’s talented. do you think it’s just some big conspiracy against her in hollywood b/c she got a dui? they don’t care about that stuff. they do care however about prima donnas who don’t show up to work and waste other people’s time and money in the process. do some research if you don’t know what i’m talking about. it’s not rumor.

Hang in there Lindsay Lohan. You can’t do anything about it so all you can do is go with the flow. In your own mind just treat it as a vacation. Just think, if you were not famous you would have spent all your time behind bars. Make some new friends. Just treat it all light. Just let the humiliation roll off your shoulders. You are in the hands and at the determination of those who have the power to determine what will be. If you fight them they will just make it all harder and longer for you and pouting will not help you at all. If you just tell them they are right about everything then all will go smooth and shorter time. The effects of the drugs they make you take should wear off within a few years after you are no longer under the court’s jurisdiction and can elect to stop taking them. Your mind and body will be chemically and physically altered more {like Brittany Spears and Nicolle Smith} or less noticeably but probably not too much more than those drugs you were taking and drinking. Whatever you do, make yourself work out and exercise everyday or the physical changes can drag you down and be permanently unattractive and very difficult in the future to ever overcome. You aren’t the first to go through this and won’t be the last. But one thing you can be sure of: That is nobody, that means nobody, has ever beat the system. Just Chill. Warm Regards and Best Wishes always. I am trustworthy.

what a TOTAL SHAM! This is nuts! All the regular poor shumcks have to do JAIL time, and this BITCH is crying about being pampered in a rehab???? Yes, I said it. PAMPERED. She was obviously “pampered” all along and the judge is a total moron for allowing this.. jail would SERIOUSLY sober her up, more than a rehab imho……. jail does more good than bad if you know former jailbirds….

the judge said in the very beginning that she had no control of how much of the sentence lindsay would have to serve- that’s all controlled by the sheriff’s department and lindsay served the typical percentage of time that non-violent offenders with good behavior serve. she was only being jailed for a probation violation. the big mistake was not giving her more time for the craziness that started this whole mess- but that was not before the judge this time. all she was able to sentence her about was her probation violation.

Hello!
Isn’t the first step to recovery admitting you have a problem. Lindsay has NEVER done that! Why do people think rehab is going to work for her if she hasn’t admitting she has a problem as went there on her own to get help.

Until she is ready to seek the help on her own….no court appointed rehab is going to help.

So sad, Lindsay is going seriously hurt someone or maybe kill them by her addiction. The full term of 90 days in County jail would have done her a lot of good. Then make her go to a county run rehab where she can see people who lost everything due to their addiction

She served 14 days of a 90 day sentence and she’s complaining about having to go straight to rehab!? In my opinion, and I’ve said this before on here, the judicial system has been far to lenient on this spoiled little girl! The only reason she’s out so soon( has nothing to do with jail overcrowding) is because the media need’s their money making freak show back.

first of all what LiLo did again? the probation thingy? that’s what she did?
and she had to go to jail under the laughs of the rest of the worls? I’ll say it again: where is bin laden???? and where is the murderer of one of the many victims stabbed to death on the NYC subway platforms?

this is lalaland…. some kind of the law of the playground.

she didn’t have to go to jail and after that: are the real criminals doing the whole “time” or they too come out sooner?

and please remember that I said “real criminals” , not a talented movie star

come on….

Lindsey just has it so rough.. with the people in America alone who live in poverty, who are battling illnesses that will someday take their live, and thousands of solders who truly do have it rough, she needs to just suck it up and deal with her issues, and stop being a spoiled little brat. Her mother needs to stop babying her daughter and show some tough love.

She has every right to be upset the judge changed the order at the last minute.
When she was sentenced the judge said had 2 days, when she surrendered she changed it to 1. Then when Lindsay was serving the last weekend of her sentence she changes it to 0.
She went into jail thinking she could spend one last night day with her family and then after she served 10 days of her sentence she finds out she is going straight to rehab.

Yet another error made by the Judge

the judge did not make an error. she has stated clearly her reasons for everything, and stated clearly when things could be changed depending on circumstances. she has always been very straight forward about what she was going to do and what was solid and what might be changed. you do not have all the facts. nor do i, but i know enough about the legal system, this judge’s competency, and lindsay’s lawyer’s competency to know that the judge did not make a mistake, and if she did lindsay’s lawyer would have been all over it. she probably told her she could have two days between but that would change depending on how long she served and/or other factors. she may have thought that having served such a short jail sentence it was dangerous for lindsay to go straight out and that would lessen the impact of the rehab by allowing her free reign to indulge in bad influences, traceable or not, in between jail and rehab. the judge has been clear all along about how things were going to go, and if lindsay didn’t understand that it was b/c she was too wrapped up in her self-pity to hear anything but the best possible scenario. the judge made no error, let alone “another” one.

Even if Lindsey kills someone in a DUI accident her mother will not condemn it seems her attitude is whatever Lindsey does is damn well alright with me, she is my daughter.

although i agree with you, i have to admit that as a mother i sort of feel a little sorry for dina. yes, i want to slap her face and shake her- but clearly she loves her daughter and just is incapable of recognizing the problem or accepting it. she married an addict before (lindsay’s dad), so she probably has a long history of dealing with addicts and doesn’t know how to handle herself accept to enable them. so, you know, i do feel a bit sorry for her— but, i guess none of that matters. if she wants to save her daughter’s life she needs to wake up and smell the coffee. she needs the counseling as much as her daughter, to recognize and accept what is wrong- and do what is necessary to help her daughter lead a more healthy life.
