The cast and crew of her new flick say that Jen is the nicest person on Earth – until you bring up that she has a restraining order against an alleged stalker, that is!

Jennifer Aniston has a good on-set reputation – she treats her cast and crew with respect, and sometimes even brings them cupcakes! But the 41-year-old actress isn’t messing around on the set of her latest comedy, Horrible Bosses – if you bring up her alleged stalker, you’re toast!

“There is a strict rule on set that bringing up her stalker at any time could get you instantly fired,” one crew member tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “Nobody has talked further about it, and things have gone on smoothly. It certainly was a topic of conversation on set when word spread about the incident, though.”

The incident our insider is referring to occurred on July 15 when 24-year-old James Payton was caught lurking out side of LA’s Cafe Primo with a sharp object, duct tape and a bag lurking around looking for Jennifer. Thankfully she was overseas, promoting her new perfume, Lolavie, at Harrods in London.

However, aside from the strict rule that our insider believes the production – and not Jen herself – enforced, the crew is enamored by the lovely actress. “Jen is stunning. It’s scary how perfect she is in the looks department in real life,” the insider says, adding, “The crew is also extremely friendly and the director is communicative, jovial and great with the actors. Everything is going great!”

Jennifer Aniston’s reps didn’t respond when reached for comment.
