Less than two weeks after their quicky wedding — which reportedly took place in the Caribbean — comes the announcement that 33-year-old Orlando Bloom and his brand new bride, Miranda Kerr, are going to be parents. Talk about a shotgun wedding; the two were wed less than a month after their June 21 announcement that they’d gotten engaged.
“Miranda’s thrilled,” a source close to the Australian native told Us. “She’s telling all her friends, mostly other models, about it.” The friend went on to say that, while there has been no official announcement, since Miranda poses in lingerie, “it will be obvious soon enough.”
The bride, who has been on her honeymoon with her new hubby at Anguilla’s Viceroy resort since July 17, has been vocal about wanting to be a mom. “I have always been very open about wanting to be a mother one day,” she recently told an Australian newspaper. “And I’ve always thought Orlando would be a great dad!”
We think so, too! And we can’t wait to see their gorgeous baby!

We had planned to name my son after one or other of his Grandads, both of whom have ssaped on, but when he was born, he simply didn’t look like either of those names, so baby went nameless for a few days while Dad and I thrashed the matter out There’s a name I’d love to give the baby I’m now 16 weeks along with, but for me, I just don’t know until I meet them. They’re going to have the name we choose for a long time, so we have to meet them first and make sure the name we’ve picked out suits
