Did you lighten things up for summer like Audrina and Ashley or did you stick to your darker winter shade?

When I think of summer I think of bronzed skin and sun-kissed hair. It seems like Audrina Patridge and Ashley Greene agree with me as both starlets lightened up their locks this season. Audrina’s hair was looking especially blonde in Atlantic City, New Jersey on July 24. Quite a contrast to her dark winter hue. Ashley sported subtle golden highlights to the ESPY awards this year in Los Angeles on July 14. It’s not as drastic a change from her medium brown tresses but it’s definitely a sunnier look. Do you lighten up your hair too in the summertime? If so, check out these tips for taking care of your color in the sun and surf. Do you think Ashley and Audrina look better with their lighter locks or are you looking forward to their darker winter shades?

I go more blonde in summer. More brown in the winter.
