Sandra Bullock Is Busy & Back To Work! Meets With Big-Time Director & Walks Away With Script!

Sandy met with The Hours director Stephen Daldry – and may have just found her newest role!

After surviving a nasty divorce and learning how to be a mom to son Louis Bardo, Sandra Bullock is ready to get back to work — and she’s got the script to prove it!

The 45-year-old Academy Award-winning actress met with director Stephen Daldry (The Hours, The Reader) at the Omni Hotel in Austin, Texas July 19 and walked out of the meeting with a script in her arms.

According to IMDB Pro, Daldry is currently prepping to direct the film Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, a drama based on a novel of the same name about a nine-year-old amateur inventor who “searches New York for the lock that matches a mysterious key left by his father when he was killed in the September 11 attacks.”

Sandra doesn’t have a Daldry project listed on her IMDB page, but she IS rumored to be starring in The Wanted with former The Proposal co-star Ryan Reynolds in 2012.

Guess we’ll have to wait and see what Sandy’s newest project may be!
