Who knew Blair Waldorf was such a prudent shopper?
Leighton Meester gets to wear some of the most covetable designer duds on Gossip Girl, which is why when I saw her sporting this fun floral skirt while shooting a scene in NYC I was dying to know who it was by! This time, I don’t have to sigh and imagine being able to purchase it I can actually scoop it up the second it hits stores since it was designed by Charlotte Ronson for her super affordable I HEART Ronson line, available exclusively at JCPenney. Although I don’t think Blair would be caught dead in the department store, I think it’s so cool they put her in the skirt — not only is it so chic, but now girls everywhere can own a little piece of Blair.
