LeBron James and Dwayne Wade WHO? I got to hang out with the REAL man of Miami!
Yep, I’m a lucky man. Not only did I get to meet one of the best basketball players in the world, but I got to have dinner with him!
For the record, Chris is one cool dude. When I asked him about mixing Hollywood and basketball (Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian), he was very honest and forthcoming. “There is always a place in time for everything,” he said. “When I am on the court, that is what I am doing. I’m not thinking about Hollywood or hanging out. I’m thinking about working on getting better. And if I have free time that day, I’ll gladly go out.”
Over a dinner of filet mignon and Caesar salad at Hollywood hotspot XIV, the 6’10 26-year-old told me how excited he was to be joining b-ball all-stars Dwayne Wade and LeBron James on the Miami Heat. “It’s going to be a lot of fun with D-Wade and LeBron. [I’ll have] a lot more people to add to the Rolodex”!
