In the latest development in the ongoing Mel Gibson saga, a Los Angeles judge takes away his guns after reports he threatened Oksana with one as well as removing the iPhone Oksana recorded Mel’s conversations with!
It looks like Oksana Grigorieva will not have to worry about Mel Gibson threatening her with a gun again — a judge ordered he surrender all firearms! That’s not all either, as Mel now won’t have to worry about any more tapes leaking or recorded conversations as the same judge removed Oksana’s iPhone from her. Maybe things will now start to quiet down with this case so a judge can get to the bottom of things.
Radar Online reports, “A source familiar with the situation told [us]: ‘Mel has been ordered to surrender all firearms that he owns. Judge Scott Gordon made the ruling and Mel will be required to submit a declaration with the court within 24 hours of Thursday’s hearing proving that he has done so.’”
That’s not all either as, “Oksana was ordered to turn over her iPhone, which is believed to contain evidence pertinent to the case.”
Hopefully this latest move will lead to some more clear answers in what exactly happened between these two.

He finally saw her for what she was, a greedy opportunist, and it drove him over the edge. Mel should go get himself fixed, take care of his daughter, and try to get out of this awful mess he’s gotten himself into. It’s not going to be easy as along with all his other problems, every celebrity web site and tabloid is magnifying and sensationalizing every detail to make him look worse.
