Sorry, Lindsay Lohan, But Your New Lawyer Says You’re Going To Jail!

Celebrity lawyer Robert Shapiro says he’ll only represent the troubled hard-partying starlet if she follows judge Marsha Revel’s orders to a T – and that includes refusing to fight her 90-day jail sentence!

Lindsay Lohan, you’re getting some tough love from your new lawyer, Robert Shapiro. He says he’ll only represent you if you play by the rules!

“I have agreed to represent Ms. Lohan on the condition that she complies with all of the terms of her probation, including a requirement of jail time that was imposed by Judge Marsha Revel,” Shapiro, O.J. Simpson’s former attorney, said in a statement July 16.

That’s right: Jail and rehab are definites for the 24-year-old actress – and there will be no more missing court dates! “Ms. Lohan is suffering from a disease that I am all too familiar with,” Shapiro said, adding, “Hopefully, I can be of assistance to Ms. Lohan and Judge Revel in implementing a treatment approach recommended by medical professionals for Ms. Lohan’s long term recovery and sobriety.”

Shapiro, 67, lost his son Brent in 2005 to an apparent overdose, which inspired him to found the rehab facility The Pickford Lots, which Lindsay checked into on June 14.

in fairness, i don’t think they are only in it for the money… but, it definitely skews their ability to think straight. i don’t know if these two would have a clue how to guide their child even if money weren’t involved tho. let’s be real.

Have you no sense of grammer, sentence structure or how to write a decent paragraph? Where the heck did you go to school? Your rant makes no sense without periods, commas, etc. While you pray for this spoiled brat pray yourself and your total lack of writing and communication skills. I suggest that you invest in a good book on written communicaton and grammer.

whoa. that trial went on for a LONG time. know why? because there was LOTS of proof! he got off b/c the police mishandled some evidence, and the jurors didn’t feel comfortable “beyond a reasonable doubt”… that doesn’t mean there was no evidence. we’ll never know for certain unless o.j. finally confesses, but, there was evidence- make no mistake about that.

I’d like to know, because I damn sure wouldn’t want my kids in that school. My guess is that you people don’t have much education and are just too damn lazy to care about it. Then I guess you should be embarrassed by your ignorance. You, too, write poorly. Again, as someone already pointed out it’s “grammar” (you claim to love it but you can’t spell it). And “coherent” (one “r,” not two). Not to mention your colloquial and dialectal use of “I damn sure wouldn’t want my kids” . . . Not exactly textbook grammar.

Before you are nasty to others, make sure that your own words pass your own litmus test.

The mark of real education is learning that you don’t know as much as you thought you did. Be nice.

Do the crime, do the time. Looks don’t matter to the law or the judges. Next time that “rack” might be running down your loved one or yourself. In the case of the latter, I suppose one could argue that the world is better off without such a ignorant, sexist person as yourself walking about. I doubt that you vote. Please keep it that way.

Sam T. says “stop hating on Lindsey”. It’s NOT hate, but rather a serious assessment that this girl is WAY out of control and believes herself above the rules of society & the law. No, constant DUI’s, drug blackouts and ignoring the consequences … you or I would already be in jail without anyone’s sympathy. She cannot go on endangering peoples lives with her recklessness; next time she’s DUI maybe it will be your car – or family member – she runs into and injures. NO, she MUST go to jail and learn she is not as special as she thinks she is. I don’t think that will stop her, but it might slow her down a little; in her case any improvement is welcome.

We all have made mistakes, the point is to learn from them!!Lindsay hasen’t learn, we all should be held to the same standards, the free rides are over. The childhood star days are over, join the adults in real life, no more sitting at the kiddie table! If she ever hit my car,I would go to jail because my foot would go to backside!! So, just because I don’t drool over this spoiled brat that thinks she is above the law I should go to jail? We live in a democracy and I have the right to FREE SPEECH! I have no hate for any person living, but if I did that is not against the law. Many of my family have dedicated their lives to ensuring that people like you don’t get to dictate to the rest of us. I hope that you learn what the Constitution means, and I hope that you understand that in this country we don’t lock up people for opinoions, but actions. Like Ms. Lohan’s disregard for public safety and the laws that protect us from drunks and demigogs. Look it up idiot.
