Homecoming Brings Home A Lot Of Baggage For Our 'Pretty Little Liars!'

Last night’s episode was fantastic as always! More secrets, more drama… and Toby keeps getting creepier! Am I right?

The girls in Pretty Little Liars have A LOT more drama ahead of them! The July 13 homecoming episode revealed yet more secrets, as well as a carnival-themed dance. This lead to an even creepier hour than usual — fortunetellers and a house of mirrors, EEK!

Hanna (Ashley Benson) got her wish to go to homecoming with her boyfriend (whose car she crashed) while impatiently anticipating her homecoming crown. Unfortunately for her, she didn’t get to enjoy the moment due to one of “A”‘s shenanigans.

Spencer (Troian Avery Bellisario) didn’t have a much better night. As the hostess of the dance with a hot date on her arm, she was looking forward to her night out —  but her dreaded evil sister came to rain on her parade by going to the dance to present the homecoming King and Queen. Still bitter about her fiancé and her paper, both of which Spencer stole from her, Spencer definitely has more than ‘A’ to worry about.

Emily (Shay Mitchell) continued to be super confused about her feelings for Maya (Bianca Lawson). With homecoming around the corner, Emily blew off Maya and instead took a shocking date with her. Unfortunately, it could have turned deadly… I don’t want to give too much away but, the night ended with her running, screaming and falling. It then flashed to some anonymous character changing the population number on the welcome sign to 7988 to 7987. Sorry, was that too obvious?

Aria (Lucy Hale) and Mr. Fitz’s (Ian Harding) relationship fizzled last week when they learned that “A” knew of their secret affair, so obviously Aria was throwing a pity party for herself. She played it off to the girls like she was upset about her parents, and they bought it. The girls forced her to get out of her sweats and go to the homecoming dance to get her mind off things. But, of course, Mr. Fitz was there chaperoning, which lead to a seriously awkward encounter.

At the end of the night Aria, Hanna and Spencer tried to warn Emily that she was be in danger… but were they too late?

What did you think of last night’s episode, BFFs?
