Back off, Adrien Brody! JGL says it would be “exciting” to play the Riddler in the next Batman movie!
HollywoodLife.com broke the news that Joseph Gordon-Levitt was director Christopher Nolan’s first choice to play The Riddler in the next Batman film, and we were right! In fact, JGL himself says that he’d be stoked to score the role!
“[Getting the part of The Riddler] would be exciting!” the 29-year-old actor told HollywoodLife.com exclusively at the LA premiere of his newest film, Inception, July 13. He added, “I don’t know that is something that will actually happen, but I really think it would be something very interesting. We’ll see.”
Although we told you that Joseph is currently the number one choice for the role, Oscar-winner Adrien Brody has also professed his desire to play The Riddler – so watch this space!
