Justice will be served! The Los Angeles Sherriff’s Department has opened a domestic violence investigation against Mel Gibson after hearing taped evidence that he punched his former lover, Oksana Grigorieva, in the face during a Jan. 6 argument.
“[Detectives are] currently gathering information regarding the allegations,” department spokesperson Lt. Richard Erickson told E! News. “Due to the investigation being preliminary in nature, no other information is available at this time.”
The 54-year-old Australian actor deserves to be investigated for his recent heinous behavior. In addition to abusing 40-yea-old Oksana, a Russian pianist and the mother of his 8-month-old daughter, Lucia, Mel has also come under fire for using a racial slur against a Latino staffer.

What happened to the story that…Mel and Oksana grappled over the baby that she was holding and shaking,Mel got the baby away from her and in doing so he did get her in the face,but not causing damage,then he tried to leave with the baby and she still hysterical ran and fell from the stairs causing the damage to her face ???
