When Nikki heard how well Eclipse did at the box office, she had to double-check the numbers on Google!
When The Twilight Saga: Eclipse almost became the #1 Independence Day weekend movie of all time, bringing in a whopping $82.5 million, it surprised even it’s own starlet, Nikki Reed.
The 22-year-old actress celebrated the holiday by partying with her her family at the Axe Lounge in South Hampton and nearly fell over when she heard the exciting news.
“What? I can’t believe it did so well!” a shocked Nikki told reporters about Eclipse’s box office smash. “Are you sure? Can you Google the box office numbers?”
Last week at the UK premiere in Leichester Square, Nikki — who plays Rosalie Hale — talked about how hard it was to shoot the third Twilight movie.
“There was this scene that I shot where I was strapped to this weird machine that was making me fly up and down this hallway with this wedding dress and David Slade was giving me this really intense direction but it was just kind of outrageous what I was doing,” she said. “Every single day if we weren’t shooting, we were in fight training for two or three hours a day and then we were in personal training.”
Luckily your hard work paid off, Nikki! Congrats on the big numbers…we can’t wait to see your response after Breaking Dawn comes out. You might fall over!
