The Portuguese soccer star is the proud father of a baby boy!
Cristiano Ronaldo may be out of The World Cup now that Portugal has lost, but he does have something to celebrate — he is a new father to a baby boy! The soccer phenom wrote on his Twitter, “It is with great joy and emotion that I inform I have recently become father to a baby boy. As agreed with the baby’s mother, who prefers to have her identity kept confidential, my son will be under my exclusive guardianship. No further information will be provided on this subject and I request everyone to fully respect my right to privacy (and that of the child) at least on issues as personal as these are.”
No one was even aware Cristiano was expecting a child and, as mentioned, the mother’s identity has been kept under wraps.

I have to agree with the first commenter. It strikes me as VERY strange that a woman would proceed with a pregnancy only to fully give the baby to the father. I suppose women proceed with pregnancies and then have the children adopted, but this just seems different. Entirely plausible, sure, but sketchy nonetheless.
