DRAMA! Bankrupt New Jersey Housewife Teresa Guidice's Husband Charged With Forgery!

It appears Joe Guidice forged a signature saying a loan was paid back to get yet another loan. Oh, and the couple may be faking bankruptcy!

The odd bankruptcy saga of odd Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Guidice and her husband Joe soliders on, this time with reports Joe forged the signature on a document saying a loan was paid back to get, wait for it, another loan! How are these two in dire financial straits again?

The New York Post reports, “The hubby of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice forged a former business partner’s signature on a mortgage document in order to take out another loan and pocket $1 million, court papers charge.” Joe does have an excuse however, he says he signed the document with his partner’s permission. His partner meanwhile seems to have forgotten this magical exchange when he gave Joe the go ahead to do that.

It gets better too. There are now rumors the couple is not even bankrupt and may be hiding money. One particularly peeved gentleman spoke with the Post to complain about the $91,266 worth of lumber he will not be getting paid for due to the couple’s bankruptcy. Did I mention yet that their newborn daughter wears high heels?

The IRS is currently looking into the matter as well as all of Joe’s businesses which include a stone and stucco company.

Its such as you learn my thoughts! You seem to understand so much about this, such as you wrote the book in it or something. I believe that you could do with a few % to force the message house a bit, however instead of that, that is wonderful blog. An excellent read. I’ll certainly be back.

Teresa Guidice is ghetto trash, that has no respect for anyone, look how her daughter (Gia) went off trashing the Jews on public television.

Where do you think she learned that??? Her parents of course. Look how class-less she behaves. Well this all go hand in hand, They are nothing but crooks. Bragging about things ill gotten.

They are a step away from prison… Just one accident waiting for criminal charges.

Teresa and Joe are nothing but two-bit hustlers. They go around faking and lying about everything while cheating and stealing!!! Surprise, surprise.

Teresa is a FRAUD, a PHONY IMPOSTER. This explain WHY Joe paid CASH for the furniture and everything else in their “gaudy” looking house!!!

Folks who pay CASH for large purchases are hiding money from the IRS. It’s a big RED FLAG. People who pay cash for everything are hiding from something or someone.

Who does Teresa think is buying her bags of garbage? I mean, you have to be dumber than a rock to buy into Teresa lies and distortions. I just saw her on Bravo talking about her house was NEVER in foreclosure, they don’t owe any money, blah, blah, blah. I said to myself, this women is truly delusional. Of course they don’t owe any money, they’ve STOLEN the money.

It’s no wonder Joe doesn’t say too much on the show, he’s a hustler who is stealing money left and right!! AND Teresa just plays up the phony theatrics of being someone they clearly are not. When folks TRY TOO HARD, then that’s a sure sign that they are NOT WHO they claim to be.

The WEALTHY don’t put on any airs or have to prove that they are WEALTHY. They KNOW they are WEALTHY and they have the stellar reputation proving they ARE WEALTHY. Bill Gates doesn’t go around proving he’s wealthy, Warren Buffet doesn’t go around proving he’s wealthy, P-Diddy doesn’t go around claiming to be WEALTHY, Tiger Woods doesn’t go around talking about being WEALTHY, etc.

um i’m disagreeing with u there, i make around 93k a month, and i do just about the SAME thing ok, and i pay bills and everything u and everyone else in this country does, so stfu k? u obvv dont know a THING as to what your YELLING about

She is ranting just as bad as Mel Gibson, just different issues. She threatens, and she is as fake as they come.
Let her go out to Echo Park or South Central Los Angeles with that stuff.

Further proof that she and her tubby hubby are fake, phony and suspect along with the rest of them on RHONJ. I love the show but they way they lowered themselves to set up Danielle is CREEPY. There is not a single personality I like on this show now.

This article is entirely false — there is an adversary filed in the Guidice’s bankruptcy ALLEGING forgery, and that the loan should not be discharged. Joe hasn’t been criminally charged — this article implies otherwise.

Second, the IRS is not “investigating.” The IRS audits businesses and individuals, the results of which are not public.

Third, if they are hiding assets, then that is up the trustee’s administration, and that will be within the bankruptcy proceedings. Since they filed in October 2009, there wouldn’t be news of any of that yet.

Finally, stop name-calling. Are you the Guidices? Are you affected by their financial affairs? No. Then shut up.

Amazing how some people are fooled by these faux “socialites”. Pathetic to flaunt their “wealth” in our faces, pretend to be something they are not. Steal from hard working people, all without a conscience and go on with their fake lives, spending hundreds of thousands of dollars that they do NOT have, all to show off for TV. Juiced-up Joes commented publicly that if he lived in the inner city, he wouldn’t be on TV. Well maybe, if there is any justice, he will be living in the inner city when all is said and done. Then that would be a show that would be interesting. Not this spectacle that BRAVO has on now.

Kelly you are an obvious winner.. They are on TV flaunting their gold spoon money, bragging their bs.. They brought it on themselves.. They smack the IRS in the face on public television and act as if they are big and bad.. They obviously were gifted financially however not mentally.. Which proves, money can’t buy intelligence, class or moral values.. All of which they obviously don’t have.. The only ones who will hurt are the children.. As far as theresa whatever her name is only raising “divas”.. You have to be a diva to raise one.. theresa is not and will never be a diva.. Diva’s have moral values.. I think she needs a reality check.. She thinks she looks good? She thinks she has a nice voice? How annoying is that whining voice of hers.. The only reason this show exists is because of the advertisers.. Boycott the products, goodbye show! These people get so much smoke up their ***, they actually believe they are it.. They are so off mark its a shame..

I really think they should be THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED after seeing the show, there’s been funny money going on here, and obviously felony charges for the loan papers stated salary, and then stating a different salary on the bankrupty. It’s thievery. I would absolutey attach her if I would a creditor. They are theives.
