The singer flaunts her curves in a body hugging dress at the opening of the Casino Club at the Greenbrier Resort!

Less than a week after tweeting about her new vegan diet and use of cupping, Jessica Simpson hit the red carpet to show off her new figure. The actress looked amazingly curvy and womanly in her body conscious gown, making us think there was no reason for her to go on the extreme diet to begin with! We are just happy she is looking more like herself and not bone thin Gwyneth Paltrow, who we were afraid she was becoming when she announced her new healthy eating regiment!

Jessica had tweeted last Sunday night, “Shocked my system with a vegan diet, special Pu-erh tea from China, and cupping since friday! Who am I right now? This might be too clean!” She followed that up a few minutes later with, “Has anyone ever tried cupping? When u know you are doing something good for ur body the meditation creates intense visions. Love it!”

While Jessica may be wanting to get back to her Dukes of Hazard body we think she looks great. But what about you HollywoodLifers? Did Jessica’s extreme diet help her lose some pounds or does she still have a long way to go?

Michael,

Vegans are some of the most unhealthy looking people that I know. I eat lots of lean meats with fresh veggies and tons of water. I have more energy and endurance than any Vegan you will ever meet. Nice try on your agenda, though.

She does look curvy and she is obviously still pretty, but I think she looks better about 10 lbs thinner. I know she’s been through an emotional ordeal losing Tony and then her beloved doggie. I went through something similar and packed on the pounds. It wasn’t until I was feeling like myself again that I stopped emotional eating and became disciplined to get the weight off. She can do it, but she may not be ready yet. I did not do the vegan thing. I did the cave man thing. Everything fresh. 2 fruits, 2 veggies and 2 lean protein every day…that’s it. Obviously you can substitute the lean protein for something soy, etc., and 45 min of cario every day. Regardless, I luv Jess and wish her the best!!

Improved skin, more energy, more focus, more physical and mental endurance, and living 10+ years longer are the benefits of going vegan. Try substituting that chicken or beef pattie with a veggie burger. or get Rice or Soy or even Almond milk instead of Regular Milk.
