Sucks to be you, Tiger Woods! Cheating on your beautiful, stoic wife Elin Nordegren was a BAD decision on your part. Not only were you publicly shamed when all your strippers came out of the woodwork, but now your cheating is costing you more than your public image – you’re settling with Elin for $750 million!

“They’ve agreed on all the major points. It’s all been worked out privately. Both Tiger and Elin are very close to finishing the negotiations and filing and signing the paperwork, a source told Radar Online, adding, “When they first started negotiating the divorce, it was very acrimonious. Elin had a lawyer in California who was very, very aggressive.”

Although the 34-year-old golf pro and his soon-to-be-ex wife have barely interaction – which is a big improvement from the open hostility between the two post-scandal, they are very civil when it comes to dissolving their marriage, the insider reports, saying, “Things are now very civil between Tiger and Elin – at least in terms of getting the divorce taken care of.”

And you say the proof is…where? that the women were telling the truth? It’s not as if they all told their stories at the exact same time, is it? Each woman had more than enough time to read and listen to what was being said in the media before they ‘outed’ their own story. It’s more sensationalistic to say ‘unprotected sex’, so that’s what they said. But where’s the proof that it happened they way THEY say it did?

People who jump to conclusions usually wind up getting hurt. It’s better to sit back and wait for real facts than to assume that every piece of tabloid crap you read is the actual truth. Common sense ought to kick in for some of you people at some point. Real human beings don’t fit into neat little boxes where everyone is either a hero or a bad guy. That means Tiger Woods cheated on his wife, and just because some of the women he reportedly cheated with say something doesn’t make what they’ve said true. Look at the track record and lifestyle of the women you are putting all your faith and belief in. They are women who allegedly were very happy to fornicate with a married man, and for some of the women, not just A married man. More like SEVERAL married men and many porn movies besides. That doesn’t make those women exactly fountains of truth and ethics, does it? So far not a single woman has stepped forward with ANY proof that Tiger Woods had unprotected sex with her. Hearsay is hearsay. Prove it, or get over it.

The following was reported by Bill Zwecker from the Chicago Sun-Times on June 24,2010

DIVORCE DOCKET: From the looks of it, the Tiger and Elin Woods divorce will cost the golf superstar $750 million, including that $80 million new mansion just being completed in Jupiter, Fla. But here are some tidbits culled from Woods watchers in the know:
• Elin is demanding Tiger never expose their children to any future female companions ”unless he is married to said person.” In other words, no Tiger bimbos hanging around those little Woods kids!
• While Tiger and his legal team spent a lot of time crafting elaborate language preventing any future Elin tell-all or media interviews, that was not an issue for the Swedish native. ”She is so private. The last thing she would ever do is revisit this horrible period in her life,” said a longtime Florida friend.
• What has been a big sticking point are custody issues regarding specific time the Woods children will spend outside the United States. Elin is pushing for much more than what Tiger wants.

The story is over – give it a rest. Elin will no longer be married to “Evil” Tiger and you two can get on with your lives.He did nothing to either of you for you to both believe everything you hear or read is amazing. The venom you show toward is frightening.

Ariela is right. It seems as if a couple of the people who posted comments here are attempting to live vicariously through Elin Woods.

Elin seems to be more than capable of handling and resolving her own marital issues without any unwanted or unasked for assistance from public Peanut Galleries, or odd assortments of weirdos running around loose.

CLB you always comment as if you ACTUALLY know what’s going on when you obviously don’t have a clue OR a personal life.

So why not just stop pretending to yourself that you’re Elin Woods? Tiger Woods was unfaithful to his wife, who is NOT you. You don’t know anything about Tiger and Elin’s personal lives, what they say to each other, or what really went on or goes on between them. Just like the rest of us, the only info you have on Tiger and Elin’s personal lives is what the tabloid media reports, and the tabloid media is full of sensationalism and lies. Their goal is to get web traffic and sales. If telling lies about the private lives and personal business of two people who are trying hard to mind their own business will garner more sales, then the trashy tabloids and online gossip sites will lie their butts off.

Anyone silly enough to believe everything they read and hear without being provided with any actual proof should run -not walk- to the nearest psychologist!

CLB, if you get your “facts” from the tabloids, websites, online stories you read and always believe everything you read, or just those that take the anti-Tiger line that you favor? Perhaps “some people” look at these stories objectively and discern the truth from made-up truth.

This divorce settlement amount is fair since it is for a complete package for both, Elin and the children and it went up because Tiger is demanding from Elin a lifetime of silence. The settlement may include cash, trust funds for the children, real estate, properties and other considerations. Tiger is the one who caused irreparable damage to the marriage and the dissolution of the family unit with his adulterous, reckless and irresponsible behavior. Tiger Woods humiliated his family in front of the world causing them enough hurt, pain and suffering that will scar them for the rest of their lives! Tiger had unprotected sex with multiple promiscuous partners, potentially exposing Elin to life threatening conditions such as STD, HIV, hepatitis, herpes, etc. Some of these conditions can be dormant and could take years to show up. Tiger earned millions using Elin and the children to project a false image of a clean and decent family man. I applaud Elin for her courage, dignity and poise during this horrid ordeal and wish her and children all the best!!!

And btw, where is the proof that Tiger Woods had unprotected sex outside of his marriage? Words are not proof; only photos, videos, a statement by Tiger that he had unprotected sex, or actual DNA evidence is proof. Anything else is nothing but unsubstantiated hearsay.

You don’t know for a fact that Tiger Woods had unprotected sex, but that certainly hasn’t stopped you from going on and on about what Tiger did in the past as if he cheated on YOU instead of his wife. Elin didn’t ask you for help in verbally beating up her husband, so what’s the deal?

Tiger Woods hasn’t been accused of doing anything else wrong since the scandal broke at the end of November, but you keep droning on about it as if he commits new atrocities every other day.

We get it, you hate Tiger for having been unfaithful to his wife in the past. Enough already!
