EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW! Danielle Staub: 'I Did Not Give My Doctor Permission To Talk About My Implants!'

BFFs, we just told you that Danielle’s plastic surgeon called her implants “hard, cold and deformed!” The mother of two says she NEVER gave this man permission to talk about her! But the plastic surgeon is saying he didn’t break any rules!

Danielle Staub is fuming! The star of The Real Housewives of New Jersey just found out her plastic surgeon, Dr. Michael Fiorillo, sat down with Us Weekly, June 22, and called her breasts “hard, cold and deformed.” The reality star and author of The Naked Truth tells HollywoodLife.com that she never gave Dr. Fiorillo permission to discuss her breasts other than what was shown on the June 21 episode of RHONJ. But we also spoke with Dr. Fiorillo who adamantly says he didn’t break any HIPPA rules.

“I did not give my consent to have details of my surgery discussed other than what was shown on The Real Housewives of New Jersey episode,” a shocked Danielle revealed.

The doctor revealed that Danielle’s implants were very deformed and “the right one was almost up by her neck!”

We told you earlier that we felt like this was breaking the Hippocratic Oath that all doctors take but Dr. Fiorillo tells HollywoodLife.com that it is not the case.

“There is no HIPPA here because as you can see she showed her breasts on the show and everything I said she said,” says Dr. Fiorillo. “I would say this is absolutely fine and legally fine that I spoke about it. I have her blessing to speak about it and she spoke about it numerous times.”

If Danielle gave him permission to speak about this, then why wouldn’t she tell us she didn’t mind him calling her implants “deformed”?!

Danielle has been swimming in controversy: fights with the other housewives, a recently leaked sex tape, and now this! We just hope she and her two daughters can find some peace and stay out of the drama!

She is trying to find a way to not pay for good titties, I really would watch and see what the outcome of this. She is the only woman around to sell her own sex junk on the internet!! Such a lady ..NOT

yes, you’re right. she’d be demanding her money back if she actually paid. thing is, i doubt she paid for this at all. she probably told the guy he’d get free publicity if he did them, and got him to do them for free- only to cry foul once he talked about something that was already aired on television and so had no privacy associated with it. (the cold, hard, deformed language was used during the episode.)

Danielle has problems. Due to a rough life or whatever. And she is manipulative in the WORST way. I would stay clear of her. Everyone stay clear of her. Co-stars, co-workers, family, friends, doctors, dentists, veterinarians…. She IS a major problem for everyone who comes into contact with her. Dina was smart. Left the show to be rid of Danielle once and for all!

danielle is crazy and dumb. the doctor deserves it though. they probably comped her the surgery in exchange for the free advertising. suckers. you know, maybe i shouldn’t call danielle dumb. she has made a lot of fools out of people. dumb as a fox, as they say.
