We thought Salma Hayek’s snake freak-out was hilarious before, but now we know there’s more to the story!
We all got a good laugh watching Salma Hayek jump out of her seat and totally freak out when a snake interrupted her interview with Extra to promote the upcoming comedy, Grown Ups, earlier this month. But today on Live with Regis & Kelly, Salma explained what really went down on that horrifying day.
“It was a 5 foot snake that was hissing,” Salma said, adding that when the snake slithered in, everyone else ran for the hills — except for a hairdresser and his magic hair dryer.
“And if it wasn’t for Maria [Bello]‘s hairdresser that came with his tiny hair bag, I don’t know what we would have done,” Salma said.
Well Salma, we don’t know either, but we’re glad the hairdresser saved the day!

Wow, that’s crazy, I think I would have freaked out too. But Im sure Salma was still able to maintain her good looks…with the help of her hairdresser of course!
